- In order for Write 'n' Fight to be more fighty we've changed camera's field of view so the game would look a bit less like a platformer. Now you can read the expressions of anger and pain on the faces better! - Fixed a bug that caused Mark Twain to perform a superjump after dash - Akutagawa Ryunosuke's Kawarimi no Jutsu can no longer teleport him behind the wall - Various other bug fixes
- Multiplayer stability - 28 April 2023
- Sooo... Some of the players might have noticed that the multiplayer gameplay was a bit jumpy at times. Well, no more! As it turned out, our rollback sistem was too good, and actually broke the space-time continuum and causality which resulted in negative rollback frames. So, we've toned it down a little bit and now it runs as intended. Have fun beating up your friends!

- Since Alexandre Dumas got only one skill at the moment, we substantially increased his overall damage from all normal attacks and reduced cooldown of his skill. - William Shakespeare's unblockable Ground Stomp now deals more damage, have a bigger hurtbox, launches enemy further and cools down a bit faster - Alessandro Manzoni's Vortex Dance now deals more damage - Lovecraft's Skill 4 is no longer unblockable. - Latin American Author's handstand kicks damage is now lower. - For Latin American Author and James Joyce jump kick should be much easier - Fixed a bug that would cause Leo Tolstoy to freeze mid-air. - Wall collision bug fixes - Various smaller bug fixes

- Like an unstoppable train, Leo Tolstoy was too good at bashing his opponents through the walls of the arenas. So we've nerfed that ability not just for him, but for every chatacer in the game. No more punching people through the walls! - Game options are now always saved properly. - Moving characters are now stopping after being freezed by Latin Author's skill. - No more giant blocking Shakespeare (yes that was a thing) - AI shouldn't freeze after being knocked down now - Even faster loading, better performance - Numerous other bug fixes

Due to changes in lighting computations the game is now working much faster across all platforms! - The initial loading sometimes might take a little longer, but the subsequent loadings will be much faster. -Much faster rendering of the game frames overall.
- Hyperjump bug fixes - 20 March 2023
So, we all got a chance to float around the air for some time(If you hadn't - good for you). Well time's up... sort of. We liked the idea of players exploiting skill animation cancel to get double or even triple jumps. However, now it will not be infinite. Some characters can still do it 2 or 3 times, but the majority of them can't. Maybe the idea of double jumps will be explored further down the line.

A giant head of H.P. Lovecraft has breached the rift from the great beyond. Each regular pumkin destroyed by the player adds 2 secounds to the timer. If a player is hit by a purple pumpkin he loses 10% of HP and 4 secounds. The game gets more intence the longer player can survive.
