• Key Blend Update (1.2.0) - 5 November 2024

  We're back again with an exciting update for Woodrow the Old Piano. The curious jaded keys of Woodrow the Old Piano have received some great feedback and we're glad that you're enjoying this strange old piano just as much as we are. However, the keys are indeed jaded, and we have seen some requests for a way to reduce how old it sounds. Ultimately, Woodrow the Old Piano is meant to sound old, and that's why we love it, but we have listened to the feedback. In this update, we've introduced the Key Blend slider, which allows you to clean up the sound to your liking. How it Works The slider is on 0 by default, which gives you the original Woodrow sound. Dragging it to the right blends Woodrow with an additional sound pack and subdues the resonant sound. Woodrow the Old Piano was made using an authentic, custom soundpack. • Update 1.1 for Woodrow the Old Piano - 24 October 2024

  Woodrow the Old Piano has just received a care update for continued security and compatibility. It also includes a much needed new feature: full screen mode! The full screen toggle appears on the top menu with the other options. This means that Woodrow the Old Piano can now be natively displayed on most common resolutions, which is great news for those on particularly low or very high resolutions where the previous locked windowed mode wasn't ideal. This patch addresses some issues related to old runtimes, in particular a "random" stalling issue on launch.   Woodrow the Old Piano is now available on Steam! Woodrow the Old Piano is a playable out-of-tune piano, modelled on a real antique piano. Although Woodrow has been in development over the past year, the sounds of Woodrow are over 100 years in the making, recorded from a real piano that has been weathered from decades of play and decay. We look forward to further building upon Woodrow the Old Piano through this Early Access period.
