• Update - Mission Files - 6 September 2024

  Mission Files adds a recap in the beggining of the Leviathan campaign, allowing for new and old players to learne about the events of prior games. This update also includes controller compatibility. Stay tuned for Grand Finale, the final free expansion update for Calmed by the Dark Leviathan!

• Calmed by the the Dark Re:Boot - 14 March 2023

  Calmed by the Dark Re:Boot takes place a few years after the events of the original Leviathan campaign, introducing a new protagonist, AJ, and a brand new storyline. In this new mode, players will embark on an epic journey and explore new areas, battle new enemies and bosses. With new weapons to wield and skills to master, players will need to hone their combat abilities to take on the challenges ahead. Are you ready to continue this new era of Calmed by the Dark? ​Like past updates, this expansion is a free update and the player will be able to play it by selecting it in the "New Game" menu.

• Steam Awards 2022 - 22 November 2022

  Calmed by the Dark Leviathan can be nominated for 'Labor of Love' on Steam Awards! Since it's release, Calmed by the Dark Leviathan received big updates, such as Re:Iterate and In:Finity, both containing new gameplay mechanics and stories. Even though the focus right now is on developing our next game, Calmed by the Dark Re:boot, Calmed by the Dark Leviathan still has 3 big updates planned for the next years!

  Explore dungeons, collect monsters and uncover what happened to mankind in In:Finity, a new game mode for Calmed by the Dark Leviathan. Set XXXX years in the future, a woman wakes up in a cyber world, with no humans in sight, she begins her quest to search for other survivors and understand what is happening in this new reality . A dark connected world; Upgrade your character for higher survival chances; +20 monsters to battle and collect; Turn based combat; Multiple endings.

• One Year anniversary and announcement - 2 July 2022

  A year ago we released 'Calmed by the Dark Leviathan' on Itchio, and in November it launched on Steam with Purgatorium mode. Today we announce its new free expansion 'In:Finity', a new story mode with more focus on an RPG experience, is planned to be released in January.

• Calmed by the Dark Leviathan - RE:Iterate - 16 June 2022

  RE:Iterate, the free expansion for Calmed by the Dark Leviathan, is available now! The expansion is a free update and the player will be able to play by selecting it in the "New Game" menu. This is a new timeline for Calmed by the Dark and, with it, new characters, lore and story will be introduced. Different from the main story or the Purgatorium mode, RE:iterate has a more linear and narrative focused experience with a combat inspired by older Beat'em up games. Brief story of RE:Iterate : Across the city, people are being mysteriously kidnapped and they are never seen again. Eve, the protagonist, was just looking for a job and somehow ended up discovering a strange world where she awakens her powers and learn the truth behind the kidnappings... RE:iterate is avaliable now as a update for Calmed by the Dark Leviathan.
