It’s been a while since the last update (understatement). I have a family issue at the moment (cancer). Therefore, I haven’t been really in the mood to work on this. I hope you understand that. To be honest with you, I just want to drop this project. It is a freeware, and I don’t have any legal obligation to finish it. But it just doesn’t feel right for me to drop a project that is about 85% complete. Thus, I have started working on it starting in April. There has been an absence of any update since turning 2023. It is due to a family issue (cancer) that has stripped me of my desire to go on. It started (or rather was discovered) in December of 2022. Things have been rather chaotic ever since. I've only recently started to work on the game again. Updates will come. Alas, I plan to cut it short however. There won't be the 3rd route. Aurora route will be it. Thank you.

I’ve decided to merge the third path (The heroine route) into Aurora route. At near end of Aurora route, you will have a choice of working exclusively with the heroine which will result in a slightly different ending sequence. So, it means the game will have two major routes but four different endings. (Cass route has two endings.) ⨭ Added 1. “Cursed blood” side quest has been added. This is Inessa’s personal quest where you will have two choices, thus two outcomes. 2. Foluke’s profile has been added to extra. 3. Story progression. 💘 NSFW stuff 1. Depending on your choice, there will be an intercourse scene with Nick and Inessa during “Cursed blood” side quest. ↹ Changed / Fixed 1. The heroine’s attack has been boosted slightly by about 10%. 2. However, Nick’s attacks have been nerfed by about 10%.

I am now trying to see how I should lay out Aurora route and the Heroine route. Yes, I am making things up as I go. I do have endings in my mind but not the progress. ⨭ Added 1. Aurora route begins! You can now side with Aurora at the crossroad. 2. The white coffin area has been added to the Crimson White sector. Not fully done though, and it has another part to it, which hasn’t been added. 3. John the girl quest line updated. The quest with John now ends but branches out to another quest entirely. ↹ Changed 1. You get a chance to kill Kleon before the final battle. That battle has been made a little easier. It was near or flat-out impossible before.

The first route, Cass route, is now complete. Despite there being 2 more routes, the game is now 50% complete (hence 0.5) in total since the second and the third routes will share some events with Cass route, which is mostly Viviant’s events. Cass route is the least involved route, meaning this is the most peaceful one. The second route (Aurora) is the most bloody one. The final battle has two variants because you are given a chance to kill Kleon earlier. So, the final battle has two variants, one with Kleon and one without. As mentioned in a previous patch note, Cass route itself has two more variants. Go all the way with Cass, you will get the true ending. If not, just a generic ending.

⨭ Added 1. I forgot to add a scene with Cass when you try to leave Cold haven with her. It’s been added. It’s simple to trigger, just try to exit Cold haven with Cass again. This scene is not essential story wise. 2. Story progression on Cold haven: This is the final event before Viviant’s ending. 50% done in this patch. 3. A vending machine added to Crimson Axe lobby. You can buy bullets and stim packs there. 4. The side quest, Android 2.0, can be finished. However, the Cass route will default this quest to a bad ending. So, the bad ending is all you are going to get, for now.

Most of side quests are no longer possible to complete in latter stage of the plot. So, I won’t be working on it until I am done with this route. Since there are two other routes to work on, there is plenty of time to work on them. ⨭ Added 1. Toby’s profile added to Extra / Characters. 2. Story progression on Viviant: You can now finally enter Miguel’s place. Everything will be revealed there. The story ending is in sight. 3. Story progression on Cold haven. ↹ Changed 1. I took a bit of a break from working on this game. I have no reason or excuse. I simply did not want to work on it. Anyway, here is what I’ve been lazily working on. The next update won't take this long. That's for sure. ⨭ Added 1. Story progression. Because Nick is not involved in any way for Kleon vs. Aurora conflict, what you will see in the Cass route is just the end result and soon consequences. 💘 NSFW stuff 1. Another event with Cass. This time, it isn’t anything too sexual. But Cass tries on a new, more provocative, outfit. This one is for the ending.

I’ve changed how intercourse is portrayed. I’ve given up doing scene-by-scene style where whole scenes change as it progresses. Instead, now it’s more of a comic book style where there is a central scene and there are bits of actions displayed on sides. I am not sure I will re-do the older scenes with this new style. I want to see how it works out before making any decisions. There are two new NSFW scenes using this new method in this patch. Finally, only essential NPCs are present in Crimson White at the moment. Because their dress code is quite different between Cold Haven and Crimson White, I can’t use NPC sprites that I used in CH in CW, meaning I have to create new sprites. The main story is entering the latter half. And welcome to 0.4.x. This is where a second sector which Nick can visit will be added throughout. The name of the sector is Crimson White which will give a completely different vibe than Cold haven. CH is dark and gloomy. CW is white with crimson linings. It is also much larger, a home to 10,000 people. Cold Haven is a home to just 1,500. The story progression is pretty much stuck until parts of CW I need is ready. ⨭ Added 1. Story progression. Cold haven part is pretty much over. Crimson White needs to be somewhat functional to proceed further. 2. A side quest “Android 2.0” can now start. This is Viviant’s personal quest. 3. This is another CG heavy update. These updates are skyrocketing the game size. It's also slowing down the game release. ⨭ Added 1. The hooker Jihae’s story arc ends in this patch. As mentioned, there are two endings, a semi-happy one and a bad one. The positive reward for this quest arc is … Jihae’s fully clothed CG. Yep, that’s right. You will get to see her in clothes. 2. Story progression. Section B will see some changes. 💘 NSFW stuff 1. Second intercourse scene with Cass. There is no trigger between the first and second intercourse scenes. You just need to wait around 10 minutes in game. ↹ Changed 1. Repair skill has been boosted. It has been given +1 to its duration as well as a sizable boost to repair amount per tick.

If you don’t remember her, exterminating rats in her apartment is the first quest you do in the game. She now has a unique portrait, and her quest arc will veer off the main story. Very CG heavy scenes in this patch. It adds about 22 CG scenes. I spent a lot of hours into CG scenes for Sweet revenge story quest, but sci-fi battle scenes are my forte, and I love doing it. ⨭ Added 1. Story progression: Sweet revenge added. A very CG heavy scene. It adds like 12 CG scenes. 2. After the above quest, Nick can have the first intercourse with Cass which naturally is another CG heavy scene. 💘 NSFW stuff 1. Nick can now initiate an intercourse scene with Cass in this patch. Nothing too kinky since it’s the first time. Adds around 10 CG scenes.

The side quest, the dark side, can progress a bit. The first mission is given which introduces a new character. 💘 NSFW stuff 1. The hooker Jihae’s story continues, meaning a new scene has been added. By the next patch, I will finally be able to work on adult scenes with Nick and Cass. Also, this game will feature far less side quests, compared to Bhavacakra Maco, but side quests will be longer and be more meaningful. ⨭ Added 1. A story quest “An awkward delivery” added. This is where you will pretty much confirm whether you will choose Cass. And, as noted in a previous patch note, I will work on Cass route first. 2. A new side quest “The dark side” can start once you reach a certain point in the main story. You will be notified of the quest automatically. 3. A new challenge added to the Hall of Ordeals. ↹ Changed 1. Once Nick reaches level 10, enemies on section A will be buffed up.
