Vizzle is getting a big update, and I could use some help testing it Vizzle shipped in 2022 as a mouse-and-keyboard game. Version 2.0 adds full controller support and proper Steam Deck handling, and I'm running a playtest before it goes out to everybody. What's in 2.0 * Full controller support - move, pick up, rotate and drop pieces entirely on a gamepad; * Steam Deck - correct native resolution, readable text, no mouse needed; * Keyboard-only play - the whole game is completable without touching a mouse; * Menus now navigate properly with a controller or keyboard; * Sharper video - the puzzle image now renders at full 1920x1080 instead of 512x512; * Better lighting on the board and pieces; * Leaderboard fixes - it stays hidden when Steam is unavailable instead of showing made-up scores; * Tutorial popups can be switched off in Options; * Plenty of smaller fixes, and every remaining men…

Version 1.04 - Release Notes Vizzle - Steam Edition =========================== This is a bug fix version for 1.03 Fixed Capitalization of "SELECT A CHARACTER" title for English Version. Shifted Puzzles down one so 2 became 1 and 3 became two etc. Needed to shift the puzzle instructions as well. Disabled the "Back Button" when a puzzle is in "Enjoy the Video" or "Puzzle Summary" modes as it caused problems.
- Vizzle Steam Edition - 16 December 2021
Version 1.03 - Release Notes Steam Edition =========================== The focus of this version is all about integration with Steam. Features such as Cloud Saves and Leader Boards. Game saves are now synchronized via Steam Cloud. The puzzle now tracks the number of moves as you play. Rotations are free. Now you select a character, each one scrambles the puzzle a little differently. The fox still randomly scrambles the puzzle every time. Added a summary at the end of each puzzle that compares your solution to other players playing the same character. Removed the odd square level one puzzle as it was too easy and was the only puzzle that was not a 16x9 ratio. Shifted all the puzzles backwards so level 2 became one, level 3 became two etc… Added a final super level that is 12x6 with randomly rotated pieces. Fixed missing sound and animation on "Restart" button.

- Release Beta Version 0.7.0 - 2 August 2021
VDAP36 - Square puzzle pieces required for future functionality of rotation and flipping of pieces. Resolution: In order to create square pieces out of a 16x9 video the optimal pieces needed to be calculated and the puzzle board scaled to adjust for minor differences. New Puzzle sizes are. 3x2, 4x2, 6x3, 8x4, 10x6, 12x7, 14x8, 16x9 In addition puzzle save/load code needed to be modified to save irregular rectangles and not just squares. VDAP37 - When you complete a level is should advance to the next level of that puzzle when you click. Unless there is a puzzle unlock that takes you back to them menu. Also unless the puzzle is already at level eight. At the moment is always advanced to the highest level of that puzzle. Resolution: This has been corrected.
- Release Beta Version 0.6.0 - 27 July 2021
VDAP6 - Timed tips come up too quickly and too often. Resolution: Modified tips to only come up after 90 seconds of no clicking and then every 10 seconds after that. If you click to cancel them it will wait another 90 seconds before it displays them again. I also modified announcements (The system tips use to display text) so that they can timeout but also be closed sooner by clicking them. Also I always hate when I go to click something and something else pops up under the mouse at the last second. So I modified the announcement system so they can’t be closed unless they are at least 1/2 second old so I know the user intended it. VDAP17 - Juggernaut: Multiple sounds when you do something more than one in a turn. For example if you placed 3 pieces play a sound for each piece placed. VDAP30 - Added An Are you Sure message on the reset button in Options. Added a “Game has been reset” anno…
