  Fixes: - Fixed issue in level 11 where using the grappling ribbon in a specific spot of the level could cause a softlock. - Fixed issue where Bat Boy sometimes would get stuck when running on destructible blocks. - Removed flickering effect from the ghosts in the background of level 8. - Fixed issue where it was possible to change the screen scaling from the button remapping option in the pause menu. - Fixed a couple of issues when remapping keys for keyboard. - Fixed issue where, right after finishing the game, going back and fighting the last boss again would cause projectiles not to spawn. - Improved control over the batspin. Now, when calling back the bat while in batspin by pressing the attack button, it is easier to bounce on it as it comes back. - Other minor fixes.

  Content: - Fixed issue where a healing item in level 9 that would appear only once. Now it is set to respawn if the player dies. - Fixed issue where using the bat to bounce on an enemy or a projectile during the same frame Bat Boy starts climbing a ladder would cause the ladder to not work properly. - Fixed issue where the last boss sometimes would not perform some attacks after the player has died at least once. - Fixed overlapping icons in the Japanese version. - Fixed sprite layering issue in level 12. - Other minor fixes.

  Fixes: - Fixed issue where Pigzy ninjas would not make any sound when appearing and disappearing - Fixed issue in level 7 where the boss could clip through the floor. - Fixed issue in level 9 where an area with spikes would not damage the player. - Fixed issue where for some players, physics on ladders and with certain projectiles would acted differently. - Fixed issue in the training area after clearing level 10 where it was possible to trigger a screen transition to a room where the player is not present. - Fixed issue where it was possible to use the "Bouncing Basketball" skill in the last stage at a point where it should not be allowed.

• Bat Boy is FULLY FUNDED on Kickstarter! - 15 August 2022

  Hello everyone! Sorry for the delayed update, we've been a little overwhelmed, but for good reason. As of Friday 12th of August 4pm JST, Bat Boy succeeded in it's funding on Kickstarter! We were struggling for a time, having only reached 64% funding with 72 hours to go. But we got that miracle in the end and everyone rallied behind us to fund the project to 109% in just under 3 days! Admittedly we were NOT expecting this outcome. Over the course of most of the month, we were only ever increasing by 1 or 2% at a time and by day 26 or 27, we were at 64%. We were THIS close to calling it a loss, but then in the very last few moments, we got a massive surge of interest and funding for the campaign. When we first started out with the game, Bat Boy was much more streamlined and minimalist in design, but as we engaged more with the project, both the characters and the world of Stratoss began to flourish.
