  Major ChangesHome has been removed and replaced with a streamlined Main Menu. While the Home experiment was fun, it moved away from Droned’s core goal: fast, drop-in drop-out gameplay. The new flow gets you into matches faster.AI Controllers have been removed. They were interesting from a development perspective and fun to see how they impact drones decisions, but added complexity that did not fit the game’s identity for most players.Trials have been fully reworked into one unified challenge with difficulty tiers. Instead of multiple disconnected modes, you now get a single focused challenge that scales in difficulty on each run.Balancing ChangesPlayer base health increased from 100 to 200.Encounters now feel more tactful, with better room for decisions and counterplay.Additional minor balance passes and gameplay improvements have been applied across combat flow and pacing.   Garage Overhaul:The focus of this update was the Garage. Drone customization is an important part of the game and based on player feedback this felt cumbersome and inefficient. The garage received a full UI overhaul, additionally the progression system shifted from per drone to your global inventory and all unlocked mods can be installed on all drones.Additional Improvements:AI League: Losing a match will no longer demote you to a lower rank. Enemy health bars will now show in all game modes including arena.
