- Update 1.2.5 - 4 January 2024
Patch notes: - Added option to unequip equipable items - Permanently fixed issue where the user was, under some conditions, able to select "Continue" despite not having a save file, resulting in a softlock on the title screen - Attempting to interact with the crystal switches used in a handful of puzzles several times consecutively in a short time frame would crash the game. This has been fixed. - Players were forced to rewatch a late-game cutscene (and walk through the area leading up to it) if they failed to defeat the boss that followed said cutscene. This has been changed, and players are now able to face the boss without having to replay the part leading up to it. - Interacting with a tree found in the game's first area at a specific point in progression would crash the game. This has been fixed. - In two particular character interactions, your previous inputs would, under some con…
- Update 1.2 (Minor bug fixes) - 11 December 2023
Patch notes: - Some songs would play at the wrong volume under certain conditions. Their audio levels should now remain consistent. - The mandrakes' collision box would change after interacting with them during the puzzle sequence in Mandrake Woods- They've now been adjusted and no longer change. - Prevented soft-lock in the second optional nightmare caused by saving/loading at a specific point of progression

Patch notes: - Some doors would go invisible after a certain point in the story. This has been fixed. - Under certain circumstances, the clocks at the Whiteridge Inn would display the wrong text. This has been fixed. - After loading your save file, you were previously able to rewatch the library cutscene in Insania. This was unintended, and has been fixed.
- Customisable controls! (Version 1.1) - 24 November 2023
Thanks to the update that just went live, you can now customise the game's main rhythm controls! You can do this by going to the options page on the main menu and selecting "Rebind rhythm controls". Note that there may still be bugs related to this that have yet to be discovered. If you find any yourself, feel free to get in touch, and we'll make sure to fix them as soon as possible! A big thank you to Juju Adams, Alynne Keith, and everyone else who created the library known as Input that made this update possible! Other minor changes have also been made. There's been a few bug fixes, as well as a few adjustments to some audio-related shenanigans, and a couple typos have been corrected. There will be more updates in the future. The next one is intended to add more accessibility options, as well as fix a small number of minor bugs that are still in the game. That's all for now! Have a go…
- Customisable input-mappings and additional accessibility features coming soon! - 4 July 2023
Hi, everyone! DISHARMONY has now been out for about 3½ days, and I thought it would be nice to give people an idea of what kind of updates to expect in the near future. As you will be aware if you've played the game for pretty much any time at all, the game does not currently allow you to change its default input-mapping, that is to say, you have to use the default controls. While most players so far seem to be fine with the default controls, I definitely understand why some people may find the lack of customisability frustrating. This is going to change in the near future. I plan on implementing another screen for the options menu where you're able to change the rhythm inputs to pretty much anything you want. The only difficult part is ensuring the inputs don't cause contradictions (It would be pretty strange if you could map one key to press every button, or something of the sort). I…
