- Terranova Featured in Famitsu, Denfamico Gamer and Indie Tsushin - 16 December 2023
Holy cow, we're on Famitsu Japan! October was a big month for us. Back in September we announced that Terranova's demo version had been translated into Japanese by Kimitaka Ogawa. Ogawa-san worked on Coffee Talk and A Space for the Unbound. In the few days after our release, we were featured in Denfamico Gamer, and shortly after, we were on the front page of Famitsu Japan. We are so thankful to Ogawa-san, to the folks at Indie Tsushin, and to our loyal fans who flooded our Japanese itch.io page with support.

Can you believe it's already been a year? In celebration for Terranova's one-year anniversary, we've made some major game updates that we hope you'll enjoy. Buckle in, it's going to be a long one. Silver Mode UI and Wallpaper Customization First up, are a couple new settings. You can now pick your desktop wallpaper from any of the wallpapers you’ve unlocked in the story so far. You can also set your UI to silver mode — you know, so your friends will know what a 1337 h4x0r you are. New Wallpapers and In-Game Achievements There are three endings in the game: bad, neutral, and perfect. One theme we noticed was that players were getting the neutral ending and wondering if there was "more" to the game. There is! Hello fans and new players! We’re Mabbees and CJ, the two devs behind Terranova. We are pleased to announce our first bugfix patch; we've been testing hard to make sure we got all of the issues folks had been contacting us about. This patch fixes: - issues with chats being locked, preventing progress in the game - an issue where the game sometimes locks when loading a save - the game going BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) when certain options were chosen - drag and drop issues with Solitaire - typos Thank you to everyone who contacted us to let us know about the bugs. A very special thank you to players who fought through the bugs and still gave us so much love despite the issues. Hello y'all! Thank you to everyone who has been patient as we've gone through launch. We appreciate folks who reached out and provided us with reports. There is an issue where Terranova locks the game that has been causing players frustration, which we'd like to show you how to fix. Cannot Proceed Past April 2004 In April 2004, there is the possibility for the player to get locked out of their chat with EphemeralSmile666, and become unable to proceed. You can avoid this by following these steps: - EphemeralSmile666 will start a conversation with you with the chat "Hey T, you're online!" - Do not respond to the chat. Wait until EphemeralSmile666 finishes typing completely. - EphemeralSmile666 will send you another chat: "I wanted to tell you this in person, but I didn't get the chance yet..." - Continue playing as normal :) If you are locked out, please reload your game from an autosave.…
