Hello everyone! The demo is old. Quite old. So old, that I'm pleased to announce that Object Ward's demo has received a visual and quality of life overhaul! All artwork, including CGs, sprites, and opening video, is on parity with the full game. More voice acting for Manson & Furniture Women! (On parity with full game) Endings screen can be viewed, but no names for locked endings ;) Improved gallery Many bug fixes, ATL tweaks, and grammar fixes. After months and months, I can say that I am satisfied with Object Ward, and consider it complete. - Lil Update & Upcoming Soundtrack! - 16 August 2024
Hello everyone! I have two important notices- an lil' update & the upcoming soundtrack page! First, for the update: Redesigned Dorothy's hair. The original one was a tad boring, but this one is far cuter and compliments her personality well. The Inspector's human sprite now appears in the Friendship route. Further tweaks to human sprites, ATL, and grammatical errors. If you spy any more problems, please let me know! Now, for the soundtrack, which will be purchasable. It contains 39 rocking tunes composed by Red Robotrix: 37 that were originally in Object Ward, and 2 from the April Fools game The Hole of Love. Yes, that game will eventually be ported to Steam's April Fools Collection (Needs some ironing out). Today I have an IMPORTANT update which I highly recommend you to download! 🚨🚨Characters from previously completed routes will now be seen as human in epilogues (Aka if you finished Kent's good ending you will see his human sprite in Jones' good ending and vice versa). This was a grueling process to set up as you can complete the routes in just about any order, but all worth it in the end! I bring some unfortunate news: I must delay Object Ward due to my... tenacious work ethic which has aggravated a recent hand injury. The new release date is JULY 12th! If it were not for this injury and the required physical therapy, this game would have been released on time. Art is 100% Music is 100% 3/7 routes programmed Story is 99% done aside from minor edits during programming THE WAIT IS WORTH IT, AND IT WILL NOT BE MUCH LONGER!!! :)
