• Town of Zoz - Patch Update - 17 April 2026

  Hi everyone, We wanted to share a quick update on the Ahyah’s Reach progression issue in Chapter 3.Ahyah’s Reach (Chapter 3) progression blocker:In Ahyah’s Reach, a progression blocker can occur if a player dies in a room with a save shrine after destroying a spawner. In some cases, this can prevent normal progression in that area.Workaround until the patch is live:If you encounter this, players can continue by loading a save from before the death occurred. We also recommend preparing plenty of food and maintaining higher health to reduce the risk of dying in these areas.We’ve identified the root cause of this issue and have a fix ready, but a few technical complications have caused a slight delay. We’re currently aiming for a Saturday release, pending final verification.The good news is the Chapter 5 boss fight issue was already fixed earlier this week.Thanks again for your understandi…

  Hi everyone,We're aware of two progression blockers that some players are encountering, and wanted to share an update on both:Chapter 3 Ahyah's Reach Issue: Some players are encountering unreachable enemies in Ahyah's Reach (Chapter 3), which prevents progression. If you're approaching this area, please be aware that the fog may be impassable for some players before the patch.Chapter 5 Boss Fight Issue: Some players are experiencing a progression blocker during a boss fight in Chapter 5. If you're currently in Chapter 5 and haven't reached the boss fight yet, we recommend waiting for the patch before proceeding.The team has fixes ready for both issues, which are now being tested. We are planning to release the patch as soon as testing is complete.At the moment, there's no workaround, but the fix is coming very soon. In the meantime, feel free to tend your crops, cook some delicious meal…

  When CGM’s Dayna Eileen presented me with Town of Zoz , she followed it with the message, “Do I want to play this?” After taking a quick look at it, I swiftly responded, “It looks super cute…I kinda want to play it now.” In her infinite grace and awesomeness, she granted me the chance to review it, and I’m so grateful she did because it continues to prove that, even unintentionally, she’ll always send me games that are both adorable and incredibly interesting. Town of Zoz surprised me in a lot of ways. When I watched the gameplay trailer Dayna had sent me, I assumed it was a simple dungeon-crawling action RPG. But once I dove into it, it began opening up in ways I honestly wasn’t expecting. It’s a game that genuinely does a lot, without really being overly complicated or too intense—combining action, farming and cooking in a unique way that is central to its themes.
