Added better support for missing font characters in player names on the leaderboards. Fixed a bug which could have the player's hand end up above the map after certain transitions. Fixed bug which had certain enemies not properly being affected by “By the Numbers” daily modifier. Rogue’s Hidden Blade ability is now Async and also keeps the existing natural value of card available as wildable. Updated localizations.
