• The Pest is going F2P! - 19 February 2023

  Starting soon The Pest will be free to play! I decided to make this decision as I think that it will be generally better for the community that the game will be F2P, as I can get more feedback about the game and make it better. Also the game will become availible to those who cannot afford it and I think that it will be a better decision for The Pest in general I am very much thankful to everyone who supported me and bought the game and I hope that soon I will be able to release something new as I get more qualified as a programmer,

• Appeal of Developers about War in Ukraine - 1 March 2022

  As you have probably already heard, Ukraine is currently at war with Russia after a massive Russian military attack on Ukraine. Russian military forces are bombing our cities and killing civilians. Big cities of Ukraine are covered in ruins. Hundreds of innocent people are injured every day, on purpose. Russians don't follow any international humanitarian laws. If we don't stop them now, they won't stop at the borders of Ukraine and will continue to attack the world. We must stop Russia before it's too late! WE NEED YOUR HELP! But how can you help? 1. Donate: Our soldiers need something to eat and something to fight with. Innocent people who lost their homes due to rocket attacks on civilians need food and shelter. • BREAKING NEWS!!! - 24 February 2022

  All of us, the "The Pest" team, are Ukrainians. We ask for help. At 5 AM by Kyiv Time on the 24th of February, Russia started an unreasonable full-scale war against Ukraine. Some participants of our team are from the cities near the Russian border where fighting continues. We know that Steam is not a platform for such news, but we must use all possible channels and possibilities to influence the situation. So, we decided that we implement limitations on selling our game and any future games on Russian territory. Also, we want to ask everybody to spread the word all over the internet about this crime and, if possible, donate to Ukrainian Army or humanitarian needs.
