  A much-requested feature, saving your game, is now available! This feature took a while to come about because the game was not initially written with saving sessions in mind, and so a good chunk of refactoring was required. That's all out of the way now, and here we are!ProfilesOn the title screen, to the left, you'll see a new button for Profiles. When you first start the game, a new profile will be created for your Steam username. You can add, rename and manage extra profiles for other players you may share the game with.Each profile will store its own save games and local score file, so each player can resume their previous games and track their personal best scores.If you delete a profile, then all of its data including saves and local scores will be deleted as well.   Happy October, Fruit Salad players! Achievements This update brings a balance pass for the fruit-matching achievements. The numbers were a bit too high for the later fruits and have been reduced dramatically. You should get the achievements upon starting the game if you meet the new thresholds. • Fruit Salad Update 2023-12-18 - 19 December 2023

  Build 1.0.12182023 We hope everyone is having a great holiday season so far! This update brings some small bug fixes and includes a couple of new features in that you can now select the audio and display device from the settings screen! General Added audio device selection to settings. Added display device selection to settings. The game will now pause automatically when the window loses focus. Increased the visible score size on the leaderboards. The elapsed game time now always shows on the finish screen to show how long you played. Arcade Fixed issue where a power-up fruit would show its default face when matched.

  This update brings a new skin system to Fruit Salad which we plan to leverage for FREE skin updates in the future, and the first of these is available right now. The Christmas skin!   Build 1.0.11262023 General Re-confined the mouse to the window while full screen. Fixed an issue with the pause menu being out of place.

  Build 1.0.11252023 This update includes bug fixes for some outstanding issues impacting users such as memory usage and a problematic texture issue on integrated GPUs such as laptops or NUC devices. These should (hopefully) be resolved now. General Lowered texture memory requirements. Fixed texture issue affecting users on integrated GPUs. Removed mouse screen confinement. Game music now does a quicker rotation through the available songs. Added new setting to disable screen transitions. Adjusted bounciness of fruits. Increased responsiveness of mouse aiming. Increased keyboard and controller aim speed. Arcade Fixed an issue where fruit would not fall until jostled. Added popup text showing points gained from a bomb or rotten match. Daily Salad Fixed Daily Salad remaining time display. Fixed Daily Salad not resetting when restarting a game.
