• Update 9/4/2026 - 4 September 2026

  Improved save data handling to prevent cases where it would get excessively large. Fixed instability during the World Breaker fight on some systems/platforms. Fixed the tower tileset sometimes placing a treasure chest on top of a portal, preventing the portal from being used. If you are currently in an affected level, you will need to return to town and come back for the placement to be regenerated. Fixed the healing wisps in the Wellspring fight not reliably doing their job while the player is on the other side of the arena. Improved the projectile launcher ability of the Rorsch and Treant to target more closely around the player instead of completely random. Improved AI shadows' behavior when initially entering combat.

  (PC Only) The update size is large due to a bug that has been fixed; future updates will be more reasonable. Increased the damage dealt by some early game bosses. Slightly increased boss health generally. Increased direct damage scaling for traps. The legendary affix that summons a copy of killed enemies no longer works on enemies that cannot normally appear in maps. Adamant/Glittering Slime now are Epic monsters so Deathstrike Oil will not oneshot them and Draconic Roar won't trivially disrupt their escape attempts. Live invaders will now take priority over shadow invaders, kicking them out of the world to make room. Fixed a progression issue with some random layouts in the Cavern tileset where a rock wall would be placed on top of the path.
