• New Region Added - 24 May 2024

  There is now a new region that can be accessed in Tarsian Forest, called Orbiting Mass. New enemies are apearing in the region and a new weapon called the Laser Blaster can be discovered. PATCH NOTES -new weapon: Laser Pistol -new region: Orbiting Mass -new enemies: Moon Men, Big Heads, Borx -updated skill tree -revamped Enemy Gun attacks -Sprint is now a toggle if not holding the Sprint button

• Content Update - 17 February 2024

  There are now two new activities available. There is a survival area in Tarsian Forest. Survive for 2 minutes against a horde of enemies to obtain the sawed off shotgun. There is now 2 Cloning Labs areas. 1 in Tarsian Forest and 1 in Lars Desert. Fight against fast respawning enemies in a tight corridor and then defeat a handful of minibosses.

  Hello everyone, thank you to all who downloaded and played the demo of Escape the Dead. The game is now released in Early Access. I spent most of my free time the past two years making this game. Enjoy the game and leave feedback.

  -improved tutorial layout -fixed mountains blocking open areas -changed location of some enemies -fixed boss portal for skinhead not appearing -fixed interact button on controller -fixed heretics name display -weapon pickups will automatically dismantle into parts and ammo if it's a downgrade -fixed mountain hitbox near a door button, preventing entry --attempted to fix loading in certain areas of the map

  Thank you to everyone who has downloaded and played the demo to Escape the Dead! I have been working on this for almost 2 years now and I am happy to finally share it with everyone. I will continue to update the demo at least once per month until the release. The demo will only include the first area and a few quests. Saving has been disabled to allow me to publish changes easier.
