  Welcome to the Power Update, also known as v2.0 of Popplings! This is a packed update! Lots of changes to the game based on feedback from Gamescom Asia 2022 and further play testing. Here are some of the biggest and most exciting changes you can see in the game: Power ups! All characters now have unique power ups. The more you play the more you build up your power meter. When it's full, WHOOOOSH! Clear your side and attack your opponent! Check the description in-game to learn more about these. These changes are also reflected to work in online mode. Minute Events For every minute of a battle, the chaos level increases! This means more popplings will be thrown in each attack the longer you play, to force one of you to lose. • The Power Update - Our upcoming major update - 19 October 2022

  Popplings is going to get a major update soon! And we wanted to drop by right here on Steam to tell you a little about it. We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy Popplings as it stands. But then we parked one major idea in the original release: Power-Ups. What do Power-Ups do? They offer you a new dynamic to the game. Whenever you battle your opponents, you will build up your power meter. Fill it up and WHOOSH! You will attack your opponent with your character's special ability!! The final setup for each character is still being tested behind the scenes, but it makes the game look way, way more awesome! Oh, and the update will be free for everyone :) We will keep you posted!

  Hello fellow Popplings Battlers! Here are the update notes for v1.0.1 - Fixed an issue where you could not find a battle after playing online previously - Fixed an issue where if you have reached the end of custom puzzles, the game will keep the end screen up, and gets itself in a weird state - Grammatical fixes in the story, but otherwise remains the same!
