- "LIFE" not found; - Engine Update - 11 July 2024
This update replaces the old game version with the new version of the game made with the Godot Engine. There is no new content, this is just a recreation in the Godot Engine. Although there is no new content yet, I did add some Quality of Life additions. Some of them being: Right Click now closes apps You can now close apps by clicking on its icon again, when this is possible its icon will be visibly highlighted. You can scroll in Grammer, Tweeter & Diary using WASD, the arrow keys and the Mouse Scroll Wheel. Audio Sliders for volume control. Quick access to the Cursed Diary from the Unlocked Prohibited folder. Hey, it's been a year since "LIFE" not found; was released. Making the game had many ups & downs, so did releasing it. But that's now 1 year ago. I've been surprised at the positive reception the game's been getting ever since the first reviews started rolling in, and I still am surprised to this day. It started with positive reviews, then came analysis videos done by Paracosm & Graeldon and gameplay videos by RackedOutGamer, Kyzka & NoctisProditor, to name a few. Fuzzybloodpc even did a time-based speedrun, having beaten the game in 28.42 seconds. I could never have expected "LIFE" not found; to do so well, I expected to be made fun of instead lol. The OST (mainly diligence;) has also been performing quite well on streaming services. Now, one year has passed. Bug Fixes - Background Icon would disappear after Settings Menu was closed, that's now fixed. Quality of Life Changes - The game now doesn't close itself after jumpscares, only after the first jumpscare, because... L O R E - The game doesn't close itself after the "Slightly opened white door" puzzle area. #1 Anniversary post will come later today, so I'll keep this short. Yo, it's been a while. The positive reception of the game still kinda surprises me, I'm forever grateful! "LIFE" not found;'s DLC will be 25% off next week, from the 19th to the 26th of September! Hello, after way longer than I expected, both due to development taking longer than expected and me just procrastinating (ironic, that's what the game is about). I can finally announce that "LIFE" not found; will be releasing next week! The game will release on Friday, June 24th, 2022 6PM CEST. The game itself will be Free, as I most likely said before. The soundtrack will be sold for $5,99 | €4,99. I'll also be releasing the (scuffed) Sheet Music of the songs in the game for free, so for those who like the songs and would like to play them, here ya go! I'm also still working on one more paid DLC, I'll keep that a surprise for the release, it'll cost $2,99 | €2,39.
