  We just updated the playtest with plenty of improvements and you still have a few days to play Card Buster and provide some feedback at our Discord server: https://discord.gg/8sqVp75R What's new?Deckbuild and Card Upgrade screens are now just one menu!Talk to the card upgrade NPC, right click on a card to upgrade it or left click to add to your deck.You can now upgrade cards in your deck by directly right clicking on them in the deckbuild list view.Tooltips for cards added. Hover over a card and wait to see more details of a card. Buster now runs in 360 degrees as she should with the controller! Dash cooldown is lowered. Card Trader offers are now WAY BETTER. Some UI bugs fixed. Some gameplay bugs fixed.

• Card Buster Playtest 2 UPDATE - 7 March 2025

  This update is a big one because it is not only a hotfix, but we are also ADDING A NEW WEAPON CARD TO CARD BUSTER! New card: BASEBALL BAT Smash enemies in front of you with mighty baseball bat strikes! Also we fixed plenty of bugs/issues on this update too! Here are some of them: Fixed the weird bug that caused game to slow down after a few restarts. Fixed a bug that caused collected Can Tabs to not be added to your total after a run is completed. Fixed a bug that caused Tank Mushrooms' rock throw attacks to not hit the player. Game is a bit harder now! Fixed a bug that caused player to have no health at the tutorial. You shouldn't fall in one hit now! Card upgrades now work! Spears thrown at you now are blocked by environmental obstacles! Player aim should be more accurate now. Player rotation is no longer broken when aiming off the maps. Player health can't go under 0 now. Updated map…

• Card Buster Online Playtest 2 Hotfix - 27 February 2025

  After a few days of testing and reported issues we got to work, fixed some problems, and updated some visual stuff for this update! Here are some of the fixed issues: 1. Fixed a bug causing the game to be locked when settings menu in the main menu is opened. 2. Fixed a bug causing the game to be locked when players reach the last stage. 3. Fixed a bug that caused tearing to shadows on the top side of the screen. 4. Added a low hp screen effect. 5. Changed reward pickup texts to show button images instead of text to interact. 6. Removed dash input delay and dash input stacking. 7. Lowered "Haymaker" weapon attack cooldown. 8. Added fencing in some scenes in which it was very annoying to fall down. 9. • First Online Card Buster Playtest Ended! - 27 November 2024

  A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR TRYING OUT THE GAME AND PROVIDING AMAZING FEEDBACK! We released an online playtest for Card Buster on November 8th, left it running for the past three weeks, and shut down the Playtest today.
