• Secret Calibrations! - 27 September 2022

  I'm sorry if this sounds more exciting than it is. Press J + O on the main menu to go to the joypad calibrations window. Flick stick is smoothed now. This game now uses the natural scale and no this is not something to do with a certain avian/dinosaur with a love of calibrating. This means that for a 360 degree turn of the pad, Della turns 360 degrees if the in game sensitivity is set to 1.0, at 2.0 Della turns 720 degrees, etc. Here are my calibrations for a 360 degree joypad turn. J + O on the main menu and look at the Turn value. PS4Controller 165000 PS5Controller 89500 SwitchProController 180000 SteamController 80800 The SteamInput Configurations need to be updated to the new ones by selecting the recommended config via the Buttons menu item. Or you can adjust the SteamInput Gyro Sensitivity to Max 1.0. Your calibrations are welcome.

• Zombie Mountain and Flick stick - 31 August 2022

  Added Time Attack mode Zombie Mountain. Added new faster control method called Flick stick invented by JibbSmart. It is meant for controllers with gyros. Added Flick stick with auto aim to allow Xbox pad users to try flick stick. The auto aim is experimental. Steam Input for joypads, with rumble support. New Unity Input System for mouse and keyboard. Much more range and granularity for mouse and gyro sensitivity. Added quick restart for time attack modes. Refresh is VSynced again. Upgraded to a newer version of Unity, I hope this helps with the saving issue someone has.

• World Stats Screen and Splodge Royale Advert - 23 July 2022

  I have added an 8MB trailer advertising my game Splodge Royale. It is my best game so far and I have spent 3 years on it. Added a World Statistics screen which shows the total number of Zombies killed by everyone since Steam Stats were added, also a daily count too! Saving procedure slightly changed.

  Splodge Royale now costs $1. First person painter party game. I recently added a new gyro aiming mode which allows the gun arm to move independently of the direction you are looking. You need a controller with a gyro to access this feature. Lots of different versus and coop modes. Up to 4 local players.

• High frame rate timing fixed - 19 June 2022

  Leaderboard timing bug introduced in the last update about 8 hours ago should be fixed.

• Frame Rate and FOV - 19 June 2022

  Increased frame rate to 240Hz for the main character. Some particles are now also 240Hz and have been changed. VSync is now always off, this game gets more frequent input updates that way. The Field of View can be set from 60 - 120 degrees measured horizontally. Medal graphics are higher res. This game runs in fullscreen windowed mode and is dependent on your desktop's refresh rate.

• Steam Achievements Added - 8 June 2022

  Added two Steam Achievements. Still got the fake pretend Xbox ones!

• Leaderboard Now Shows Top 100. - 5 June 2022

  The Leaderboard now shows the top 100 players. I was unable to fix the font rendering of mathematics characters.

• Leaderboard and Time Attack Mode - Operation: Jam Sandwich - 28 May 2022

  A Time Attack mode called Operation: Jam Sandwich has been added. It uses a Steam Leaderboard which can be seen in game and on the Community Hub at the top right under View Stats. It is a timed version of the level with a fixed starting place for you and all items and monsters. The same seed for the random number generator is set at the start of the level, so if you were to always give the same inputs, the level would always play out the same, however once you diverge, zombie wandering will change and the level could play quite differently. I wanted a distinctive name in case I decided to add more leaderboards.

• Time Attack Leaderboard - Operation : Jam Sandwich - 27 May 2022

  Added Time Attack mode Operation : Jam Sandwich. It uses a Steam Leaderboard. I will post properly about this in the future.

• Evac Hints, Volume Levels, Gyro - 24 May 2022

  Evacuation notification improved to show clearer direction hint. Sound effects and music volume level added in menu. Added a reset camera to horizon button to help Gyro control on joypads. Added SteamInput mappings that make use of the Gyro, including the Steam Controller. Separated joypad stick sensitivity and mouse sensitivity, gyro mappings use the mouse sensitivity. Rearranged the Options menu and it now loops. Swapped the bonus objective on level 1 and 2 (Thank you Peacook).
