• Kickstarter Funded! - 23 March 2024

  On March 16th we launched a Kickstarter to help us cover server costs while we enter Alpha and then Beta testing. Our goal was surpassed within two days. Soon we had passed our first stretch goal, and now we are nearing our second! With this first stretch goal we are able to add more features to the game: A cat companion who assists on investigations (with an exclusive Kickstarter skin for all backers). More accessibility options, something we are very excited about! More historical locations. These will be specially designed to imitate real life haunted locations. • AI Companions, Twitch Integration, and Website! - 3 November 2023

  Hello there! Will has been busy not only fixing all the bugs the Alpha testers find, but also adding unique AI characters who can be assigned tasks and fill out partial teams. Will they sometimes jump scare you by walking by when you think you are alone? Yes, yes they will. Is it really cool to be working with a team even when playing solo? Yes, yes it is. We have stand-in voice lines while we continue to test, but are excited to bring in more voice talent for the game! The unique Stream Manager role also allows direct access to the AIs with a control panel. Twitch Integration has long been used as a tool to torture streamers, and our game will continue this tradition. Will is still working on the logistics and Emily is still collecting data on incentives, but we are excited about our plans so far!
