• Game Difficulty Adjustment - 12 December 2023

  Now, when you defeat all enemies and receive rewards from Chunhyang, your health will be restored by 2 on Easy difficulty and 1 on Normal difficulty. On Hard difficulty, there is still no basic health recovery. Upon clearing Stage 2, the health restoration amount increases to 3, 2, and 1, depending on the difficulty.

• 2023/11/20 Update - 20 November 2023

  - In Easy difficulty, fixed a bug where the axe attack of the bandit boss, the 1st stage boss, was not working. - Reduced the collision height of the Samurai, the boss of the 2nd stage. - Extended the invincibility period for the player after being hit by traps. - Previously, if there was no gamepad connected, the keyboard UI was displayed, and if a gamepad was detected, the gamepad UI was shown. Now, an option has been added to choose the priority between keyboard and gamepad UI.

• Resolution of Game Lag Issue Caused by Camera Object - 16 October 2023

  During the game, when transitioning to the next map, a new camera object was being created while the previous one was not deleted, resulting in performance degradation over extended gameplay sessions. We have addressed this issue to ensure smoother gameplay.

• Improved Controls Update - 21 September 2023

  - Increased the pre-input frames for all normal attack actions. - During Front or Back attacks, if you use a skill, dash, or jump, it will now interrupt the current attack and activate immediately. - While using Hwando-Sword, Hyeopdo-Polearm, Huachang-Spear, Woldo-Polearm, and Pyeongon-Polearm skills, you can now change the direction left or right using the directional keys. - Reduced the number of normal stages in Stage 1 from 5 to 4. - Conducted internal optimization work.

• Bug fix - 11 September 2023

  - Fixed a bug where the finishing damage of the Fire Arrow item was stuck at 1. - Resolved an issue with some attacks from the Samurai boss having a red outline while actually having purple SuperArmor. - Added invincibility frames to the boss skill Flame Rush.

• checkPoint change, camera lag - 8 September 2023

  We have made the following adjustments to the checkPoint feature located in the village: - Reduced the base price by 50 coins. - Removed the condition that allowed resurrection only once per game. - The price of checkPoint increases each time you resurrect. - Fixed an issue where your money would be reduced to 0 when resurrecting at a checkPoint point. We have improved the issue of lag occurring due to camera code. Increased the attack pre-delay of elite enemies in Stage 4.

• Boss Skill Update - 7 September 2023

  After completing the game, you will now have access to six powerful skills based on boss patterns encountered within the game. After your initial ending, a message guiding you on this will appear when entering the starting point. Due to concerns that the front attack combo after a dash was too strong, we have adjusted the attack speed of the front attack and the dash cancel delay. Instead, the second hit of the front attack has been enhanced to be more useful.

• Village CheckPoint Update - 31 August 2023

  To reduce the burden of Hp management during gameplay and allow more focus on action, we have introduced Village CheckPoint updates. - Now, when entering a village, your Hp will automatically be restored to its maximum. - The previous tavern, where you could spend money to recover Hp, has been changed to allow spending money to create CheckPoint. - If your Hp reaches 0, you will respawn at the CheckPoint without losing skills, items, or money. - Respawn through CheckPoint is available only once per game.

  Hello! our game, Seonbi : Scholar of Joseon is now release! In 1592, Japan invaded the Joseon on Korean Peninsula, initiating the Imjin War. Despite eventually repelling the Japanese forces after a long and arduous conflict, Joseon fell into disarray due to the aftermath of the war. Bandits emerged across the land, and corrupt officials exploited the chaos to plunder the people. In an effort to rectify this situation, an unnamed Seonbi embarked on the path. Equip yourself with your unique skills and item combinations, assist the citizens in dire situations, and journey to Hanyang to rectify the chaos that plagues Joseon!
