• Options Update - 16 June 2024

  There's now an Options menu in the start menu and pause menu! The audio and fullscreen options are no longer in the bottom corner of the screen, and they're now in the new Options menu. There's also a couple new options: Game Speed: Let's you slow the game down if you'd like some more time to react. No Damage: Prevents you from taking damage when you get hit. Enjoy!

• Steam Deck Compatibility - 5 May 2024

  Gilded Eternal has not yet been reviewed by Steam to check it's Steam Deck compatibility. In the meantime, I thought I'd make a post to talk about Gilded Eternal on Steam Deck. It plays great! Gilded Eternal fits perfectly on the Steam Deck's screen. The controls feel fluid and the UI button icons show the correct Steam Deck inputs. The game can be run from start to finish using only the Steam Deck buttons, and there is no need to ever bring up the on-screen keyboard. The Steam Deck is my favorite way to play Gilded Eternal, and I think it will be yours too!
