Initially released in September of last year, it was pulled from the Steam store after receiving an infusion from Blumhouse and its new video game publishing arm. I'm not massively superstitious, but I was given access to far too many horror films at a young age, so I think it's understandable that I'm at least wary of the supernatural. This being said, the one thing that I've taken away from watching movies like Paranormal Activity, The Exorcist, and What Lies Beneath is that you should never, under any circumstances, mess with ouija boards. With classics like Silent Hill and Resident Evil using the design and tech limitations of the time to create fear-inducing yet alluring low-polygon worlds, horror fans still hold that nascent era of classic horror gaming in high regard.
