Hi, this is the director of Vapor World. Following the AI removal hotfix, patch 0.5.4f10 is now live. Since launch, one of the most common pieces of feedback has been that movement feels slow and heavy. This patch greatly improves the movement and actions you can directly feel in play. It is a small patch. Please try it and see if it feels different. Changes Greatly improved the character's movement speed, sluggish motion, and action feel. Fixed a critical bug where the game could not proceed past the title screen. Fixed the error that could reset save data. About Your Save Data Save data will no longer be reset. Dear players, this is the director of Vapor World. I want to tell you what I think about the use of AI that has caused this controversy. Just before release, I replaced two cutscenes, the opening intro and the scene where you get your weapon, with AI video. I believed that what the boy feels in those two scenes had to come across properly, and I wanted to bring that emotion out in more detail to deliver the message. That was a hasty judgment on my part. Using AI was entirely my own fault, and I am sorry. Our Two Promises First, from this point on, we will not use AI-generated cutscenes. Not in any cutscene. Second, we will remove all AI cutscenes and fully replace them with our own original content.
