- MW5 Clans Wolves of Tukayyid Patch Notes and Digital Extras Update - 10 February 2026
Greetings, Warriors. We’ve got a mid-sized patch with nice improvements and content updates rolling out for MechWarrior 5: Clans. This patch contains a mix of bug fixes, balance tweaks, and quality-of-life improvements across the game, with a focus on Wolves of Tukayyid. We’ve also made a few cockpit and Arrow IV updates based on testing and feedback. Digital Extras owners will see a separate update to the Digital Extras DLC, adding new Wolves of Tukayyid art book content, including additional characters, missions, and tech. (The Technical Readout Manual update will be coming in the future) Thanks for playing MechWarrior 5: Clans and for all the feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. And yes, while we have your attention, the team is already hard at work on the next MW5 Mercs and Clans DLCs. - Ghost Bear HOT FIX 2 DEPLOYED - 13 May 2025
Greetings, Warriors! We’re actively watching and listening for your feedback on MechWarrior 5: Clans – Ghost Bear: Flash Storm. Our goal is to address any issues as quickly as possible—so keep letting us know what you’re seeing! Hotfix 1 went out last week to resolve a crash issue, and now we’re rolling out Hotfix 2 with more improvements to enhance your experience. Hotfix 2 Patch Notes General Fixes: Fixed an issue where Elementals would sometimes become non-responsive. Fixed a progression blocker in Mission 1 if the first jammer was destroyed before the combat scenario started. PC Only: Fixed an issue when enabling DLSS, XeSS or FSR a value was being set incorrectly causing incorrect results. I love a clunky-ass videogame title. Some may argue that videogame names should be kept simple and punchy, like Doom or Quake or BioShock . I would counter that your videogame isn't truly a videogame unless the name has at least two punctuation marks in it. I'm talking Vampire: The Masquerade—Bloodlines , or my personal favourite, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution. A few major bugs have stood out, so we’re rolling out a two-stage hotfix to address them. HOTFIX 1 – ETA: Tonight / Early Tomorrow (May 9) FIXED – FSR Crash We’ve resolved a crash issue related to FSR and global illumination. The fix has been tested and confirmed, and we're planning to deploy the patch for Steam players tonight.
