Changes: Naga's fusion formula has been changed to a Cobra Kite and a monster from the Mystic group Reasoning: Turns out I set the same breeding formula (Drake x Mermaid) for both Leviathan and Naga without realizing it until now. Since Leviathan was defined first, it was taking precedence, which meant Naga was not actually able to be fused. This fixes that.

Fixed a timing issue that caused enemies to occasionally target themselves with attacks for no apparent reason. Level and generation are now shown on the party list buttons. Today brings yet more usability improvements. It also finishes off my list of reported issues, so unless something else pops up this is likely the last of the series of launch patches. There may be more updates in the future, but not with the same frequency as this past week. When a monster learns too many abilities, you now select all of the abilities to forget at once. Tile highlighting visibility in battle has been improved. If you revisit a completed stage, the world map will now start focused on that stage to better facilitate repeat battles when looking for a specific monster or grinding experience. Added option to speed up character movement. Added option to skip dead characters' turns. Improved spacing around panel borders. Fixed enemies occasionally attacking themselves. Fixed odd visuals caused by rotating the camera during an ability animation. Please report any bugs or issue…

Today's patch brings yet more usability improvements, one fix, and a slight balance tweak. Party members can now be reordered from the Party screen. Updated Fusion help text to indicate how to view details when selecting a monster, and made this function easier to use with a mouse and keyboard. Fixed getting double credit for victory in certain circumstances. Damage that gets absorbed now ignores defense, so the healing won't be mitigated. Added option to make the AI take its turns faster. This does not effect what it chooses to do. Please report any bugs or issues you encounter on the forum so that they can be fixed.

Added text to in-battle details indicating whether an enemy is recruitable. Text lines have been added to the experience/recruit screen to clarify when a monster was not recruited. Ability details now lists the monster's attack stat next to the scaling factor. Combined battle popups now pull their hit-sound from the first (if any) damage effect on the ability. The boss-variant Prismwings in the story battle for stage 9 no longer know Rain Slash. A fused Watermelon's max level now increases by 20 per +, bringing it up to match the other three Elemelons. The forfeit confirmation no longer gets stuck in a loop when opened while viewing stats during battle. Selected buttons are now slightly darker to be more noticeable. Let's round out the weekend with one more small patch that mouse users will love: Scrollable lists of buttons will no longer auto-scroll when mousing over the buttons, causing the list to jump around. They still auto-scroll when using a keyboard or controller to navigate the list to ensure the selected button is always visible. Please report any other bugs or issues you encounter on the forum so that they can also be fixed.

- You can pet the dog now - 9 December 2022
If you have a dog in your party and check its details, you now have the option to pet it. If you want to pet your own Dog, the fastest way is through a couple simple fusions. Dogs don't show up as enemies (and so aren't recruitable) until late in the game due to them having the valuable Encourage ability that raises all of an ally's stats. To start making your Dog, you'll need to first fuse any plant monster with a Fairy found in the second level. This will get you a Wishing Seed, which also normally appears later in the game. Fusing any beast monster with that Wishing Seed will result in a Dog who is 100% guaranteed to be a good boy.
