Hey Folks, it's been a while. 🙂 I took out a bit of summer after the Steam VR Fest, than a bit of life started to happen which needed my attention. But I am back to work on the game now. I am working on a new dungeon crawler game mode and also on a new optional color theme which will give the game a bit darker atmosphere. Dear Players, Meet RAND-0 and RAND-00 they will randomly regenerate themselves at every pick up. They also get random stats: power, recoil and clip size. In the future I plan to split them up into three categories with different probabilities. From big power - big recoil - small clip to small power, small recoil, big clip. Dear Players, Shotguns were very much missing from the game until now. So, let me present to you these two beasts. RAP-Tor and RAP-Tor II. Silenced autoshotguns with 5 rounds in the clip, they have a quite substantial kick-back but they are super deadly at close range, less lethal from a distance. Update the game and give them a try they go for 9000 points. Dear Players, The launch week of the game and the Steam VR Fest is coming to an end soon, I think I can say the launch was a success. There have been a lot of downloads, many wishlists and some super valuable feedback. I am very happy with the results and I would like to thank everybody who gave a try either to the Appeteaser or the Demo of Mayhem on a Rainbow. It means a lot to me. - UPDATE 1 - Index Controlls, start up crash - 22 July 2022
Dear Players, UPDATE 1 Version - APT V1.1 INDEX FIX I have been getting feedback about Index Knuckles controls being horrendous. Although the game has been tested excessively before launch and even after launch I have seen streamers playing on knuckles without any issue looks like with certain launch methods the knuckles were not registered at start up and the game used Vive pro controls instead resulting in completely broken locomotion and gun angles. With the help of the extremely kind developer of Escape From Mandrillia I was able to run some quick tests and after the update he was able to play with knuckles as intended. I am happy to say now that Index Knuckles work as expected in any VR game, please be sure to run SteamVR before launching the game just to be sure. GAME CRASHES I have also been getting feedback that the game crashes or does not start up. It is usually a fatal crash…
