Hello everyone, Currently Fall of Bali is still under bugs fixes and adding new feature, the uprising system. In 2023, this system has added but it's not working so we improved the system. This system will let the low loyalty city/town and low stability kingdom defect to the other kingdom. Dear everyone.. 1 month from now, Fall of Bali will release. This will be biggest milestone for Sengkala Dev as development of Fall of Bali has taken very long time to finish it. Fall of Bali project started in June 2022 with Unity as main engine, but actually Fall of Bali more longer than it since Fall of Bali is the remake version of Pedalahusa Fall of Bali. Pedalahusa Fall of Bali was first game of Sengkala Dev and developed with Gamemaker Studio 1.4 since 6 November 2015. So development of Fall of Bali not just from 2022, but from 2015. Pedalahusa Fall of Bali stop the development in January 2017. Mataram's and Karangasem's gameplay Dear Everyone... Is winter has approch in your place or summer? Well in Java quite hot despite now it's rainy season actully. In this post, we would like to introduce Karangasem and Mataram. In previous post, we only introduce 1 each kingdom (Mengwi, Sakra, and Blambangan) and now 2 kingdoms? Why? Kingdom of Mataram is the part of Karangasem's dynasty beside Cakranegara, Pagutan, and Pegangsaan. But all Balinese kingdom in West Lombok has become independent states and in later after Mataram conquered all Balinese kingdoms in Lombok in 1839, Mataram attacked Karangasem in Bali with support Dutch in Bali War III at 1849 where Dutch fight against Buleleng, Karangasem, and Klungkung (the suprame ruler of Bali). - Chiefdom of Sakra-Gameplay - 17 December 2023
Chiefdom of Sakra is one of Sasak's chiefdom in East Lombok and playable to play in Fall of Bali. According Babad Sakra (Chronicle of Sakra), Chiefdom of Sakra established in 1780 by descendant of Kingdom of Pejanggik who fleed to Sumbawa after Karangasem and Banjar Getas attack in 1740's. This attack lead many Sasak kingdoms collapsed from Pejanggik to Selaparang which mentioned in opening of Sakra and established of Karangasem's dynasty (Balinese) in West Lombok and Banjar Getas(Sasak) cheifdom in Praya. The story of Pejanggik's desctruction explained in Babad Lombok (Chronicle of Lombok). Here the gameplay of Sakra about 10 minutes. Dear everyone In translating text from Indonesian to local language from Balinese, Sasak, and Osing, there some story when our translators translating it. When the game director of Sengkala Dev visited Banyuwangi in 6 October 2023, he met Ms. Wiwin Indriati, the translator of Osing's language, in Blambangan's Museum. In another moment, Karim interviewed Mr. Lalu Abdul Rahim, the translator of Sasak's language in Zoom. Dear everyone Long time not posting.. Now Sengkala Dev want to show you the gameplay of Fall of Bali with Kingdom of Mengwi. In this video, you can see realm of Mengwi and many Balinese kingdoms around Mengwi. Mengwi is one of Balinese kingdom in South Bali and in 1780 (actully Mengwi started in 1767, this is bug), Mengwi still have strong power among another Balinese kings. Dear everyone We want to explain one of the main culture in Fall of Bali, Blambangan. In research Blambangan's troop, we consulted with Blambangan's expert, Ms. Wiwin Indrianti and Blambangan's Museum in Banyuwangi. About Blambangan's cloth. They advise to use cloth based on a novel set in Blambangan-VOC war For name of Blambangan's troop based on a name we got in Babad Tawangalun. Babad Tawangalun is a script tells the story of the Kingdom of Blambangan in 17th-18th century and the downfall of Blambangan. This manuscript recently translated several years ago by Ms. Wiwin Indrianti and her teams. There is probably another version of Babad Tawangalun as Babad written by many writers which have the different interpretation in telling the story of Blambangan. Dear everyone Long time not posting anything on here as we focus on finalizing our build for release. More information will announce soon. Now we will explain about buildings and cultures. In Fall of Bali, there are 3 cultures: Balinese, Sasak, and Blambangan. Balinese's culture only for all Balinese kingdoms from Bali island and west Lombok. For Sasak, only Memelek and Sakra can construct Sasak's buildings and same with Blambangan can only construct Blambangan's culture buildings. Each building based on the local language and have different requirement resource, but the characteristic and the function quite similar. There are 5 elements: Prestige: prestige is a crucial element in Fall of Bali as main parameter in diplomacy and become "Emperor of Bali and Lombok" or "Susuhunan of Bali and Lombok Prestige can collect from winning a battle or several historical events.
