• v2.1: quick & dirty fix for windowed problems - 21 May 2024

  Some users reported that they couldn't click on anything after switching from fullscreen to windowed mode. I sadly can't seem to fix the problem in itself (probably a Unity bug) but I added a keyboard shortcut, CTRL+R (or CMD+R on Mac) that will reset video settings restoring fullscreen. This should allow players suffering from this problem to keep playing the game (albeit not in windowed mode, sorry again)

• TWoAF wins accolade for best adventure game at the GDWC - 16 March 2024

  The Game Development World Championship Winter 2023 season recently announced its winners, and The Will of Arthur Flabbington won the Accolade for best adventure game! • TWoAF joins the NiceGameHints catalogue - 23 February 2024

  I see two main problems with walkthroughs: first of all, they're linear. And most adventure games aren't. If you're stuck in a puzzle you often end up reading solutions for stuff you haven't done yet before reaching the hint you needed. And second, they often tell you what to do instead of explaining why. NiceGameHints tries to fight these problem in an elegant way: a website dedicated to offering low-spoiler hints and walkthroughs where everything is incremental and goal-oriented. • V1.2.1 - A juicy, gassy update - 20 January 2024

  The update you've all been waiting for! Farty Party can now be launched as a standalone game 😁 no need to load an appropriate save game, just launch the game from the Steam client and choose the option*. But wait, there's more! Weekly and monthly leaderboards Are you tired of not being able to reach the top 6? We just introduced timed leaderboards that you can check on the standalone mode. And stay tuned, because there will be even more in the future... *alternatively you can launch the TWoAF executable via command line by passing fpstandalone as parameter

• AGOTY Awards 2023 results - 16 January 2024

  The results for AGOTY 2023 have been announced yesterday, and we're very happy with how things turned out for The Will of Arthur Flabbington. It won the Best Puzzles award, got 3rd place for Best Game by International Jury, and a nomination for Best Character. Watch the whole event here:
