• Fatherhood Kickstarter campaign will launch soon - 19 August 2024

  Inspired by This War of Mine, Inside, and The Last of Us, Fatherhood is a 2.5D side-scrolling atmospheric adventure where players become a father navigating through the dangers of war, willing to sacrifice everything to save his daughter who became blind during the war. Featuring a unique hugging mechanic, multiple endings, and narrative choices, it offers an emotional story and an immersive experience. The game is currently in production and will be released on Steam. Also, the Kickstarter campaign will be live soon. • Events Fatherhood Was Part of - 23 July 2023

  In our game dev journey, there were many events we were part of. But what distinguishes one from another, is its results; so let’s dive into the lessons you should learn! Game Slice 2020 3 years ago, with an online booth; it could be experienced with both browsers or even VR headsets. We designed the booth, by adding some info, screenshots, and a trailer, as our best effort. People could test games, and our game as well, but since we had no playable demo at the time, we created a form to give feedbacks from audiences, with just the information we provided. It was our first time to be part of a 3D virtual gaming space! And the results were super good, even with no playable demo! CGC Live 2020 Our game was selected to be showcased at the website of this event, so we had a chance to get more audiences to know more about our game!   There is a lot of stuff that inspired us to create our new title, including movies, books, video games, etc. But let’s dive into the video games which helped us shape our game, Fatherhood. Video games are too many, but the main ones, the inspiring ones for our game, are too few, but we can name four games as the main sources of inspiration: This War of Mine The Last of Us A Plague Tale Innocence Inside Little Nightmares Why? Because first, if This War of Mine and The Last of Us got combined, the result would look like something that we’re working on! Side-view perspective from This War of Mine, and a little kid to be saved by the player in A Plague Tale Innocence, are the main subjects of our game, Fatherhood.
