• Hive and Seek. New Name, New Unit, New Gameplay! - 12 April 2023

  Hello everyone, Following our last demo, we received valuable feedback on the gameplay. It became evident that the game was neither a full-on strategy game nor a casual one. However, instead of abandoning the game, we decided to address the game identity crisis and reiterate the game mechanics. We are excited to announce that we have made significant changes to the game, including a new name: "Hive and Seek." We believe that this new name better reflects the changes we have made and gives the game a fresh start. One of the major changes we have made is to the wall turrets. We noticed that players had difficulty distinguishing turrets from deployed units. To address this, we have given the turrets a completely new art design and made them capable of taking all units except the Drill Bot. Additionally, we have eliminated the need for manual deployment of units. Now, slime traps and hives…

• Let's Meet our new Tutorial Drone! - 5 March 2023

  After getting feedback from the community, we decided to change the tutorial as it was overwhelming, enter Tutorial Drone, as he is tasked to explain patiently all aspects of the game. - Full tutorial overhaul introducing our new tutorial drone that'll guide you through a quick simulation - More details to sprites like the CPU server and the deployed engineer bot to make them clearer - Now only the deployed grenadier bot will be able to damage the hive - Some AI issues - Some Audio Bugs

• New Tutorial Levels - 14 February 2023

  Hello everyone, After getting some feedback regarding how we're introducing multiple mechanics at the same time, we added two more levels to help get the new players on board. Level 1 (First contact) is the first time you get to destroy a hive while not worrying about maintaining anything else. Level 2 (Electricity) is the second level where you get familiar with how to activate electricity in one part of your station.
