  It's astonishing how bad we are at keeping everyone updated on development. Making a game with a tiny team means we wear a lot of hats, and to be completely honest, we've been neglecting the communication hat lately. We've spent so much time with our heads down working that we haven't done a great job showing you what we're actually building. Instead of promising you more frequent updates that take time away from development, we're opting for total transparency. Today, we're making our living development roadmap public. • State of the Game - 7 November 2025

  Hello Commanders! Even for an underground rebellion, it's been a little too quiet around here lately. I'd like to share a non-corporate, PR-spun update on exactly what's been going on for the last six months, where we are with the game, what's next, and our plans to launch early next year. Business Development and Publishers Earlier in the year I decided to double-down on finding a PC publisher to help scale Remnant Protocol's production. The game's metrics were promising: top 1000 most wishlisted game on Steam, growing press and influencer coverage, and financial security from Meta's funding. I thought we'd be able to kick the game's quality up to rival III and AA releases. Every veteran contact in the industry I leveraged in my network told me to go for it, that the optics were beyond the typical indie dev, and it shouldn't be too difficult to find a deal. • Flight Training [Alpha Preview] - 18 April 2025

  This is a preview of our current prologue mission in the alpha build of Remnant Protocol. We're using this mission as a benchmark for the fidelity of scripted behaviours one should expect in the final campaign. As an alpha build, the assets, gameplay and writing are subject to change as we continuously iterate and improve the game. Especially the voice acting, which are just placeholders from us developers.
