- Chapter Three gets a boost! - 18 April 2026
Hellooo! Here is the QoL update. Chapter Three has received some new content to help flesh things out a little. I have also addressed some bugs and minor issues. For those unaware, I have now closed the Discord channel. I have found that there is such an excess of Discord channels out there that it was not an optimal way to reach out to the community. I will now focus on updating everyone via the Steam Community Hub and via a free newsletter through Patreon. Twitch streaming for the development of Silver Lake National Park will happen soon. I'll announce via the newsletter when this starts up. But for now, you can follow the studio on Twitch and get the alert when I go live.A quick note: I was originally calling this a Major Update; however, I think 'Major' might have been a bit misleading to some people, as it was mostly world-building rather than major mechanics/gameplay changes. So I h…
- World Bipolar Day - 30 March 2026
Hello! It's 30th March 2026, and that means it's World Bipolar Day. Today is about raising awareness about the condition to help reduce stigma. The date was chosen to coincide with Vincent van Gogh’s birthday, a historical figure believed to have lived with the disorder. From historical figures to modern icons like Stephen Fry, many people live full, successful lives with this diagnosis. Because symptoms vary so much between individuals, you often can't "tell" someone has it just by looking at them. This is why education is so vital. If you’d like to learn more or find support, these are fantastic resources:Sane AustraliaBlack Dog InstituteTo mark the occasion and encourage more people to jump into the story, The Last Werewolf is 60% off for the next couple of days.QOL Update: The Last Werewolf. Hey everyone!Apologies for the delay in following up on queries, bugs, and news. While PAX Aus was amazing, I ended up with a nasty virus that lasted a few weeks. I'm only now bouncing back, so I have a lot to catch up on. Bug fixes are coming very soon!A big thank you to everyone who supported the project throughout Early Access! - No issue found, so back to 0.5.0.1 before the 1.0 - 9 October 2025
Hey all, My jetlagged brain jumped the gun when I reverted. I didn't test the Steam build before reverting. With a refreshed brain in the morning, I did the test, found no issue, and figured the report came from before the hot fix (this version). If anyone still comes across this, please let me know asap and give me as much detail as possible. I will say: The Fates were on our side. By jumping the gun, I actually found a fatal flaw that would have gone out into the 1.0 build. So, the major crisis was averted by the minor hiccup. 1.0 will be out very, very soon. Just reactivating this now for those who might play it before then.
- !!! So, so sorry! We needed to revert again !!! - 8 October 2025
That nasty bug has reappeared somehow, even after testing the fix before release. While we combat this roach, we're reverting to the version before controller support. Fingers crossed this bug doesn’t affect the 1.0 launch in a couple of days.

- Celebrate World Bipolar Day with The Last Werewolf - 28 March 2025
Hi everyone! To mark World Bipolar Day on March 30th, The Last Werewolf is 60% off from March 29th to April 2nd! As someone with lived experience of bipolar, this day means a lot to helping raise awareness and I’m proud to share a game that reflects a bit of what that journey can feel like. What is World Bipolar Day? Held on the birthday of Vincent Van Gogh, World Bipolar Day is an opportunity to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and share lived experiences. It’s not only a day to support those with bipolar disorder but also the families, friends, and communities around them. A Story That Hits Close to Home At its heart, The Last Werewolf is an exploration of identity and control, using the metaphor of werewolf shifting to reflect the lived experience of Bipolar Disorder. Lachie’s journey isn’t just about her as Chapter Three introduces another character with the same condition. Their…
