• Removal from Steam - 6 January 2026

  Hello everyone,Due to lack of time to develop the v1.2 update for Polarize (previously called Polaroid), and due to my general feelings on this game project being quite negative, I'm making the decision to take it down from Steam indefinitely. If I ever revisit it in the future whether it be to remake it from scratch or try to push an update out, then I'll bring it back, but for the time being Polarize will no longer be available for purchase.Thank you to everyone who purchased it previously, and thank you to my friends at the time who were supporting me with it's development, this game has admittedly been a tremendous learning experience for me and although I dislike the game, I'm proud of how far I've come as a result of making it.P.S - Reduced the price back to it's original price from before I was planning on doing the v1.2 Update.

  Hey folks, v1.1 just launched, and here's everything that got fixed: Settings menu changes: Settings menu changed to be more user-friendly Invert mouse setting added Particle toggle setting added Master volume setting added General changes: The Cabin section has been (hopefully) optimized a little bit New minor office "event" added Tub audio sometimes not working should HOPEFULLY be fixed Differentiated the female quest givers Fixed objective for lights out phases appearing when the shadow man in the office appears Cabin AI should no longer walk through walls Hider's camera disappears when you take a photo of him (say cheese!)
