- Small Patch Coming - 25 November 2023
We have acknowledged that there's a bug that stops player in the intro. We are currently investigating on the why and hows. A small patch will be released in the meantime. If you have troubles, for the time being, select the "I already know how to cook" option in the new game menu to avoid the bug altogether.
- Merch Drop - 20 November 2023
We are not really proud to announce the merch drop, which will consist in merely two kinds of sweaters. We swear to God, we will put more merch as time goes by, and it will be uglier and uglier. Don't expect quality or something beautiful. Don't expect us to gain 1 single penny from it. If you buy it, is not gonna finance us or our project. Here at Another Dev Company we want to tell you a tale. The Cooking Class is nothing but the tip of the iceberg of the story we wrote. Many of you have already unlocked some secrets, and we cherish you. As you know, we are here, we are present. With "The Cooking Class - First Course", we want to have a deep dive into the lore by showing you other sides of the Dupont family and associates. We have decided to launch this episode as a "Free for all" standalone because we care about you enjoying the plot, the connections between the characters, the deeper meaning behind every bite, pun intended. The pause menu is now less dull! By opening the pause menu you can activate/deactivate at any given moment the PSX graphics option. You can mix it with the Post Processing Profile to have a grainy quality image!

When we first launched The Cooking Class we aimed to provide the players with a fresh touch on the horror genre. We failed. It was our first PC featured game and inexperience and enthusiasm played a major role in what, in our eyes, made the game underwhelming for performances and storyline alike. For that, we take all the accountability there is to be taken. Although difficult, sometimes overwhelming, we decided that you, the players, matter the most, and our efforts and blood sweat and tears one day will be paid back with your love for the game. So, we basically re-did the whole game to the maximum of our possibilities, skills and budget, which is very close to none.
