• Current Progress Update - 7 December 2025

  Final, exact release date will be announced 1 month in advance. I will keep working on the game, polishing and refining until I'm fully satisfied with it. Update on current progress for each part of the game:Core Mechanics: 100% Finished. All that's left is adding content to an already existing framework.Items: 100% Finished.Abilities, Stances, Skill Trees: 100% Finished.Enemies: 60% Finished.Dialogue: 50% Finished.Areas: 50% Finished.QA: 40% Finished.Overall Progress: 70% Finished.

• Notice regarding Demo versions - 5 December 2024

  Demo versions I have decided to make the currently available demo version (0.4) the final one before the release of the full game. Shortly before release I plan to provide a final demo version that would allow progress up until the end of the first 'Cycle' (51 weeks in game, so around 30% of the game's total length). Reasoning The reason for focusing on final release instead of demo version is to speed up the development (not having to focus on bugfix/polishing for each demo version). Instead, I can add all content and then bugfix it all at once. Current progress Since last demo version released I have been able to implement the content that was planned for version 0.5 (Anima questline). At current pace, I should be able to meet the predicted release date (Q1 of 2026), but I won't hesitate to delay the release if I deem it necessary to provide a fully polished product.

• Demo 0.4 Patch Notes - 18 August 2024

  A massive update to the demo is live. It includes the following changes: Overall a lot of improvement to existing content, as well al added new content (items, techniques, enemies, areas, quests, improvements). Added Ignis quest line (consists of 3 missions, 1 in each cycle, each comes with a new and unique area). New 'energy' system: passive power-ups that are unlocked with main story progression. Only 1 of 7 can be active (with this, all planned gameplay systems have been implemented). New 'shop' functionality (and added a shop in Trimvine). Added new Ranged weapon class: Bow. Rebalanced all stats and balance on items, passives, abilities. It's now possible to run while using Guns while performing fast Basic Attacks. Sounds are now proximity based. • Demo 0.3 Patch Notes - 28 October 2023

  A massive update to the demo is live. It includes the following changes: New 'Mission Select' screen that shows currently available quests, areas to explore and activities Added Time system. Game lasts for 3 cycles (the world is reset, player's level and knowledge is not). Each cycle lasts 51 weeks, and some mission are only available for a limited time. New missions: 'Night Raid' (first mission, an introduction to game mechanics), 'Meeting with Laura' (short explanation of the game's goal and methods to accomplish it). New area that can be explored without time passing: Trimvine. It contains large and small objectives that can be accomplished. Passive Power-ups for all 7 Trees (for a total of 322 nodes to choose from, some of them disabled because relevant mechanics are not yet implemented, such as Burning or Stealth). 1 new Weapon Class: Polearm (and 3 new Polearms). 2 new Greatswords…

• Demo 0.2 Patch Notes - 13 May 2023

  Version 0.2 of the demo is available for download. This includes the following changes: Added a short 'Prologue' story section (accessible by selecting the 'New Game' button), includes optional Tutorial, 8 new items, 4 new abilities, Skill Tree menu (and the 'Anima' Skill Tree), Overview menu (check player stats, assign abilities to different slots), Stances system (passive bonuses with unlockable upgrades, assigned to each weapon), 2 stances 4 new enemy types (1 boss, 1 elite, 2 regular), New content (areas, items, abilities, stances, enemies) included in Survival Mode Version 0.3 should be ready late July/early August, and will include much more story content (as well as new abilities, items, enemies and many other things).
