  Small menu fixes: after selecting the device in Select device dialog, the player is also automatically selected (you do not have to select the tick confirmation button underneath the device) extra id number in device selection, to differentiate between multiple devices of same model. (eg. for 2 xbox gamepads it used to be: XInput Gamepad and XInput Gamepad, now it will be XInput Gamepad 1 and XInput Gamepad 2)
