No Questions Asked is celebrating its second anniversary today!!! To mark the occasion, we wanted to upload one last major update and say a few candid words. As part of today's update, we are fixing some minor bugs.... but there’s no point dwelling on that, as we also have something far more exciting to share with you! Namely, the game is being expanded with Ukrainian and Russian localization, which includes not only the texts in the game proper, but also achievements, their descriptions, and the Steam storefront. We would not have been able to do this without the help of our translators - Yakub Pervinenko and Oleg Ushakov, who out of sheer passion expressed their willingness to help us translate the prepared texts, for which we sincerely thank you! Hark! Several things have been tweaked: - loading a specific Day save file from main menu no longer traps you forever in a time loop - fixed a graphical bug allowing the player to clip behind a wall after Bitcoin Baron's delivery - fixed a duplicate line in the Polish localisation of the cat interaction - opening content warning screen is now skippable via pressing any key - object outlines won't appear whilst the dialogue's active - tweaked the movement tutorial so that it appears instantly on the first day (and you don't have to actually, you know, move for that to happen ;p ) - fixed an issue where a certain gun wouldn't be drawn before being shot Have a great day!

Hello! This update is probably the last major content addition to the game, and focuses on enhancing the player experience: - Added a brand new Pinboard interface, on which you may rearrange gathered clues, as well as tag them as true, false, and plausible. This interface is accessible via clicking on the, uh, pinboard in your office and replaces the old, list-based interface - Added a brand new City Map interface that's used for navigating between available scenes. This interface replaces the old and boring list of available locations, and is accessible through walking to the current scene exit, or pressing TAB. - Expanded the save system, so that apart from an autosave in each scene, the game creates a separate savefile at the beginning of each day. When loading game from the menu, you can now choose the savefile to load. - Changed the way tutorial popups work, so that they disappear…
- Fix to the weird audio bug (1.1.53)! - 29 January 2023
Thank you to all the people who described any issues with the game, it's all immensely helpful in getting NSU in proper shape! In this patch, we tracked down the possible culprit behind audio volume defaulting to 0%, it should be fine now. Additionally, the issue with Attorney at Crime not unlocking on Day 4 has been fixed a few days ago, but wasn't mentioned in a post, so letting you all know it should work at intended now! Cheerio!

- fixed some mistakes in text - clicking to close the dialogue window no longer causes the character to move - holding the mouse button down during camera panning transitions shouldn't cause the character to try and go back to the previous screen - fixed an issue where spending a certain amount of time at Tobey's could cause the Finish. button to double if the dialogue window was already open - fixed an issue with some clues being saved twice - added an option in the main menu to contact the devs directly - added a dialogue choice to pet the cat ᓚᘏᗢ have a great day!

Hi! Some work has been done: - Added keyboard controls (wsad and arrows) to navigate in-scenes - Added the option to quickly pop up scene transition menu (by pressing TAB), if it's possible to leave the current scene (and added a notification if it's not) - Tweaked some camera panning zone options - Added game logo to the credits, cause we just now realized it wasn't already there Cheerio!

- Fixed some issues with clue object interactions that led to possible endless dialogue finish button generation - Added the possibility to close dialogue window / advance dialogue (if there's only one dialogue choice available); just press spacebar or click anywhere on the screen that's not a button!
