  A new gameplay mode "Traffic Growth" was added. Start with an almost empty city. Spin Wheel of Fortune to add new traffic issues to the city. Select your bonus to help you solve new issues. Watch carefully your traffic efficiency, when it drops too much, you will lose. - Fixed bug. New signs are not unlocked when a level is completed.
