• Major Quality Update, New Teaser, and an Important Update on the Release Date - 22 June 2026

  Major Quality UpdateA lot has been happening behind the scenes over the past few months. Until now, our Steam page, social media channels, and even the Concept Demo featured visual elements that essentially served as placeholders for the final version. • Bug fixes and improvement - 28 August 2023

  With the version V1.2.2 of MOKI - The Escape - Concept Demo comes today some bugfixes and an improvement. Bugfixes: Cave Master Bug: If Moki had already destroyed the Cave Master's stone rings and left the Cave Master level without defeating him, all the stone rings would reappear upon re-entering and the Cave Master would no longer be defeatable. This bug is now fixed. The tutorial text in the eastern caves now disappears correctly even if Moki dies during its display. Moki now reaches the maximum jump height even on hardware that does not reach the standard refresh rate of 60Hz. Improvement: When taking damage, Moki is now pushed up a little further, giving the player a little more time to save Moki (e.g. after falling on spiky plants).

• Control of the "Streak" ability improved! - 18 June 2023

  With version V1.2.0 of MOKI - The Escape - Concept Demo comes today some improvements in the control of the "Streak" ability: During slow motion, an arrow is now displayed at the aiming circle, indicating in which direction and at what speed Moki is moving after the "Streak". If the aiming point is moved beyond an obstacle, the aiming circle is now automatically placed in front of the obstacle. Thus Moki streaks as far as possible instead of the "Streak" being aborted. The button to "Streak" can now be held down even when Moki is standing on the ground or hanging on a wall. As soon as Moki leaves the ground/wall (by jumping or falling down) and the "Streak" button is still held down, the slow motion starts. If Moki suffers damage during the slow motion, the "Streak" button can now be held down. As soon as the damage animation is finished, the slow motion is automatically activated again…
