• 40 years later, I finally beat the arcade game that financially destroyed me as a child - 14 November 2024

  In 1983 I spent every single Friday night at the same place: the roller rink. It was a perfect way to end a dreary week filled with school and chores: a bully-free environment where I could goof off with my friends, skate around in circles, listen to music, and consume tons of junk food. There were even special events held at the rink, like the night they broadcast the premiere of Michael Jackson's Thriller music video, which scared one little girl so badly she threw up. • All New Dragon's Lair Release - 29 June 2017

  We're happy to report that we've finally overhauled the entire game. I know we're a little late from when we said we would have things updated, so thanks for holding out hope. This version has fresh videos, menus and now works on Windows 10! We've also added controller support, all new extras like Learn How To Draw Dirk and even interviews with the creators. For fans of the full Dragon's Lair series of games, Dragon's Lair 2 and Space Ace will also be updated in the coming weeks. Thanks again for keeping classic games alive.
