About this game
After being Iced by the Syndicate, the governing police force of the Keld District, Willem awakens. Tasked with eradicating a pest problem, a Departed outbreak in Borough 563; our story begins. “You’ve been Iced Willem. Amnesia is a common side effect after a transfer of consciousness.
