  • You probably don't remember Remember Me, but its one brilliantly unforgettable idea lives on - 28 February 2025

Poking fun at forgotten brawler Remember Me 's name is low-hanging fruit, but it's hard to get anywhere without acknowledging the irony. These days, developer Don't Nod is instead remembered primarily for its two Life is Strange games. Remember Me is lucky to be a footnote... Read more.

  • The Double-A Team: Remember Me's mind games - 10 January 2020

The Double-A Team is a feature series honouring the unpretentious, mid-budget, gimmicky commercial action games that no-one seems to make any more. You can catch up with all of our Double-A Team pieces in our handy, spangly archive. "The past is a different country," says a character with the deliciously preposterous name Johnny Greenteeth. This incomplete and ironically misremembered quote is not a reference dropped into the script here for a dose of unearned gravitas. Rather, while Remember Me is ostensibly a platform beat-'em-up set in a gorgeously fractured futuristic Paris, it is also an exploration of the power and fragility of human memory. Read more

  • It's time for cyberpunk games to remember how to be punk - 15 February 2017

At the start of the 1988 adventure game based on William Gibson's genre-defining cyberpunk novel Neuromancer, you wake up face down in a plate of spaghetti. Well, it's synth-spaghetti because this is the future, but that doesn't make it any more comfortable. Like the book's protagonist Case you're a down-and-out former console cowboy who has lost the ability to hack, though in your case it's not due to traumatic surgery but simple poverty. You can't afford a new computer. Hell, you can't even afford to pay for the spaghetti. Author Bruce Sterling summed up the cyberpunk genre as a combination of “low-life and high-tech,” and that's a perfect description of both versions of Neuromancer. Later in the game you have the option to sell your internal organs for cash, and hack a computer at Cheap Hotel—its actual name—to…

  • Resident Evil 4 and Remember Me added to Humble Capcom Bundle - 21 October 2015

As is their wont, the chaps behind the latest Humble 'Massive Publisher' Bundle have made it that bit sweeter, adding Resident Evil 4 and Remember Me to the Capcom Bundle , which was already tempting . You'll have to beat the average (currently $9.07) to net them both, alongside Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil Revelations and the excellent Devil May Cry reboot. Fork up $15 and you'll also get the Untold Stories DLC for RE5, plus Street Fighter 4. If none of those appeal, paying just $1 gets you Strider, Resident Evil Revelations 2, Lost Planet 3 and Bionic Commando Rearmed. Phew! I've lost count of the amount of games I've picked up in bundles that are gathering virtual dust in my steam library. Still, it's worth it for all the times I've had a random urge to play something and discovered I already own it. The port of RE5 was a massive improvement over the initial release of RE4, but thi…

  • Remember Em? Time Travel Tricks With Life Is Strange - 12 August 2014

Between all the running and jumping and kicking and punching and The Man and some kind of cyber-zombies or something I don’t know, Remember Me had a novel little puzzle game. ‘Memory remixing’ had you jacking into people’s brainboxes to prod and poke and change how they recall events. Sounds like developers Dontnod are focusing on a similar idea with their next game, only with actual time travel and history-changing and fewer guns (relax: not no guns). Yesterday they announced Life Is Strange , an episodic adventure game about rewriting history. …

  • Interview: Olivier Deriviere, composer of Remember Me and Assassins Creed: Black Flag - 20 January 2014

Remember Me may not have won critics over when it released last year, but one thing was almost universally praised: its soundtrack. Oliver Deriviere's evolving score reflects the journey of Nilin, a heroine who must recover her lost memories. In addition to Capcom's brawler, Deriviere most recently worked on the soundtrack to Freedom Cry , the single-player DLC expansion for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag . We had a chance to talk with Deriviere about his versatile work, ranging from techno orchestral to traditional Haitian music.

  • Remember this Remember Me music video - 18 June 2013

Friend, video gamer, and game video-er Brian recently came to us with a cool piece of video content I think you may find quite. . . memorable. Ahh yes. What he’s done is mashed up Kaskade and deadmau5’s “I Remember” with scenes from Remember Me, to moving effect. If you’ve played the game, you’ll likely note that the song fits in quite well with its themes, tones, and even its actual soundtrack. If you haven’t played the game, get on it! It’s rad. Anyway, without further ado, here’s Brian’s vid. Just please be aware that it does contain some spoilers!! (Via Capcom-Unity)

  • A look at 'The Art of Remember Me' HC book from Dark Horse - 6 June 2013

Before you even look inside, there's a reassuring heft to this 170+ page, hardbound tome. Ho, but then you crack it open! And that’s the moment where fans of hand-drawn concept art, game design and things all things rad are going to see their jaws hit the floor. Dontnod’s creative heads come with quite the artistic pedigree, so it’s great to see Jean-Maxime Moris, Alexis Briclot and Michel Koch chime in on their work in the foreword (with Briclot also providing the insightful captions throughout the book). Dark Horse’s The Art of Remember Me releases later in June and goes for $39.99 (or less!), available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble or even your local comic shop. (Via Capcom-Unity)

Short description

Remember Me™ is a 3rd person action adventure where players take on the role of Nilin, a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into people’s minds and steal or even alter their memories.

About this game

Neo-Paris. 2084. Personal memories can now be digitized, bought, sold and traded. The last remnants of privacy and intimacy have been swept away in what appears to be a logical progression of the explosive growth of social networks at the beginning of the 21st century. The citizens themselves have accepted this surveillance society in exchange for the comfort only smart technology can provide. This memory economy gives immense power over society to just a handful of people. Remember Me™ is a 3rd person action adventure where players take on the role of Nilin, a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into people’s minds and steal or even alter their memories. The authorities, fearful of her knowledge and capabilities arrested Nilin and wiped her memory clean. After her escape from prison, Nilin sets out on a mission to recover her identity, helped by her last and only friend. This search for her past leads to her being hunted by the very people that created this surveillance society. Key Features Speculative, stunning vision of our future – Discover Neo-Paris 2084, where augmented reality and memory digitisation have taken control of peoples’ lives. Play as Nilin – an elite memory hunter with a clouded past – Become the most wanted memory hunter in Neo-Paris and experience the power to break into peoples’ minds to steal their memories. Gain the information you need directly from people’s heads, to complete your missions and recover your own memory. Memory Remix – This innovative new gameplay mechanic allows players to use Nilin’s powers and alter parts of people’s memories in real-time gameplay. This will change characters’ complete perspective on their self-image and the people around them, which can have grave consequences for the world in 2084. A balanced mix of combat and exploration – Fight your way through the different environments Neo-Paris has to offer, using Nilin’s proficiency in martial arts, as both hunter and prey! Combo Lab – Remember Me allow players to fully customise the combos Nilin uses during the game. Players can adjust combos on the fly to suit every situation.

Price History Overview

USD uses SteamPulse's own locally recorded daily store snapshots, so this overview reflects the exact regional price history that SteamPulse has captured for this currency.

Coverage And Tracking Window

  • Snapshots: 1
  • Coverage: Oct 6, 2026 to Oct 6, 2026
  • Lowest observed: $29.99
  • Highest observed: $29.99

Remember Me's USD price history spans from Oct 6, 2026 to Oct 6, 2026, with 1 recorded snapshot across 1 calendar day. Each row records the available final price, listed base price, and discount metadata for that observation. Within this coverage the lowest recorded price is $29.99, the highest is $29.99, and the first visible tracked price is $29.99. These comparisons apply only to the snapshots SteamPulse holds; missing observations can contain changes that are not represented here.

For USD, SteamPulse uses locally captured regional storefront snapshots and does not reconstruct older prices with exchange-rate conversion. The chart and table show the values recorded for this exact currency from the stated coverage start. Additional snapshots extend that record, but they do not fill unobserved days or prove what the storefront displayed between observations.

Discount Windows And Sale Timing

  • Discount windows: 0
  • Discounted days: 0 days
  • Deepest markdown: No discount tracked
  • Latest sale window: No sale window tracked

Remember Me's tracked USD rows do not contain a discount window. This means no available snapshot in the stated coverage has usable discount metadata; it does not prove that the game was never discounted. Missing snapshots or archived rows without complete metadata can hide a sale, so SteamPulse does not infer pricing strategy from this absence.

If a later snapshot includes discount metadata, it will appear here with its recorded depth, price, date, and sale name when available. Until then, this section should be read only as a description of the available rows, not as evidence about the publisher's promotion policy.

Observed Price Changes And Stable Runs

  • Observed price drops: 0
  • Observed price rises: 0
  • Longest stable run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking
  • Current run: 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking

Outside rows carrying discount metadata, the tracked price has not recorded a separate price rise or drop yet. That means the observed undiscounted level has stayed stable across the snapshots SteamPulse currently holds. This is a statement about the recorded coverage only; it does not prove that an older or missing price change never happened.

The longest unchanged price stretch in the current record lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $29.99, from Oct 6, 2026 through Oct 6, 2026. Among rows without discount metadata, the longest unchanged run lasts 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking at $29.99. The latest run records $29.99 for 1 day of uninterrupted daily tracking as the same recorded undiscounted price. Run lengths describe consecutive stored observations only and do not establish that a price is permanent.

Latest Snapshot And Sales Context

  • Current price: $29.99
  • Current list price: $29.99
  • Distinct observed prices: 1
  • Source mode: SteamPulse local tracking

The latest tracked snapshot records Remember Me at $29.99 in USD, with no active discount metadata. Across the available history SteamPulse has recorded 1 distinct final price in this currency. This supports comparisons with the lowest, highest, and most common values present in the retained record, subject to the stated coverage limits.

The live sales view and Steam sales record provide calendar context for these dates. A date overlap can be compared with a named Steam event, but it does not prove why a publisher changed a price. As new daily rows arrive, this overview recalculates its observed prices, discount windows, and run lengths automatically.
