  The latest Shadows Of Deceit demo now includes several gameplay and narrative updates already implemented and playable:Interactive walkie-talkie with decision-making: communications are no longer passive. Player responses can now influence the tone of conversations and, in some cases, alter the information you receive.Smaller flashlight redesign: the flashlight has been scaled down and reworked to feel more fragile and unreliable, increasing tension and vulnerability during exploration.Additional narrative content: new documentation and small environmental additions expand context, along with a few extra jumpscare moments to increase tension.These changes are designed to make the experience more immersive, intimate, and psychologically unstable. The game has officially been postponed to 2026, and I’ve started by releasing a new trailer.It took quite some time to fully understand how Shadows of Deceit should evolve over these two long years, from the screenplay to the way the story’s protagonists develop. I listened carefully to all of you, especially regarding the addition of the flashlight, as well as the jumpscares, which I have to admit felt a bit predictable in the first demo.As for the game and the new demo, I’ll see you all in 2026.That said, see you soon, and stay tuned for more Shadows of Deceit news.   Hello everyone, this is Matteo. Due to recent events, Shadows Of Deceit will have a slight delay, and the game's release is now scheduled for October 2025. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has played the old demo of the game so far and let you know that I’m working hard to make Shadows Of Deceit the best gaming experience possible. This past year, 2024, has been particularly challenging. I had to deal with the loss of a very important person in my family, which deeply affected all of us. Despite this, I continued working on a coherent storyline, and I’m currently refining and improving some of the game’s mechanics. Rest assured, Shadows Of Deceit is still in development.
