\Hey folks! Just wanted to drop a quick update on some under-the-hood progress I’ve been making.I’ve started wiring them directly into the game loop with a brand new mission screen for each NPC. The idea is simple:Each NPC you meet (like The Dealer, shown above) comes with their own set of missions/objectives.Complete all of their missions and you’ll unlock the next NPC, expanding the roster of characters you can interact with.Unlocking a new NPC means fresh shop inventory, new dialogue flavor, and of course more missions to chase.This structure gives the game a clear sense of progression: you’re not just collecting bananas endlessly, you’re working toward character-driven milestones. It also ties perfectly into the new EventBus system — objectives are just listeners on events like “collect X,” “unlock Y,” or “obtain Z.” That makes adding new mission types super easy without touching ol…

I need your help! It’s official, the Banana Clicker Kickstarter campaign has launched, we’ve got 30 days to hit our goal to fund the project in full. Kickstarter Here My Plans Banana Clicker 3.0 is coming with new content, specifically it is the "Gacha Gear" overhaul. What does this mean? It means you'll be able to obtain gear to kit out your banana through gacha banners in-game, starting off with 3 slots: Top, Accessory, and Bottom. To the old fans and the newcomers! Hey everyone! Big news, this project has been on an up and down rollercoaster, what started off as a buggy pixel art idler in 2023 went through a visual overhaul for version 2.0 in 2024 After that, the project died down yet again, but I've always wanted Banana Clicker to meet a certain standard and fill the void of quality idle games. Contrary to popular belief it has not been abandoned, so we're back again, pivoting from the rushed concept of version 2.0-but I need your help this time to make the vision come to life!
