  After a long wait, the new version of THE SUSPENSE is finally here!It’s already 5:00 a.m. Time to get to work.You’re in for a completely reworked experience. The new demo expands the available part of the game, adds new elements, and allows you to dive deeper into what is happening.The main focus of the game is its cinematic presentation — cutscenes, dialogue, and monologues that smoothly transition into one another, creating the feeling of an animated film. The characters, locations, textures, materials, and much, much more have also been reworked...I also want to say a huge thank you for your support and patience! For me, as a developer, THE SUSPENSE is more than just a game. It’s that little passion project that grew into something much bigger...

• THE SUSPENSE - WORK IN PROGRESS - 5 July 2025

  First of all, I’d like to express my sincere gratitude for your interest! Your support means a lot to any indie developer.In this announcement, I’d like to share some details about the game and the work that’s been done so far. During Steam Fest, the game received a good number of wishlists and caught the attention of publishers. Because of this, I decided to improve the game by reworking many aspects from scratch. I won’t keep you waiting — let me show you the progress with some pictures.The first big change is the story. I won’t hide the fact that the game was originally planned to be quite short and simple, but I wanted to create a clear and engaging story for the main character and the supporting cast, all set in an unusual world. To achieve this, I had to rewrite the storyline, which I’ve now completed. The visuals have also changed a lot: shadow rendering, reflections, and shading…
