• Alien Frontier Major Update #3! - 6 April 2025

  Hi prospectors! The third major content update has released and is now live! Jump into the game to unlock and try out the newest character, the Prospector, who uses mines, turrets, and other gadgets to deal devastating damage to his foes. In addition to the new playable character, we've introduced a wide number of bug fixes and balance changes, thanks to community feedback. We're excited to see you play it, and would love to hear your thoughts!

We've received a tonne of feedback from players, and we believe in listening carefully and updating often! As such, just under two weeks from the Early Access launch, we're rolling out the very first major update: Towns and Mission Flow. There are a few bugfixes, but the update focuses on two major components. Reworked Mission Flow We've received a lot of information regarding the flow and structure of the game, especially how it feels a bit too open. What's the point of killing enemies? What do clots do? What am I supposed to focus on? To provide more clarity to the flow, players now must clear out a certain number of enemy locations before receiving resource mining objectives. • Alien Frontier Launch Hotfix - 1 February 2025

  Hi prospectors! Some of you may have run into a blocking issue where you cannot progress through the tutorial after building the mining rig. That issue is resolved! Additionally, you can exit the tutorial at any time to progress forward into the main game. Thank you for the understanding!

• Alien Frontier Launches into Early Access on January 31, 2025! - 31 December 2024

  We're pleased to annoumce that Alien Frontier will be launching into Early Access on January 31st, 2025! In Early Access, the game is fully playable from start to finish. There are no "missing acts" or levels "coming soon". Future updates will include bug fixes, balance patches, and supplementary content such as more playable characters and additional endgame challenges. During the first week of launch, you can enjoy the game at a 10 percent discount!
