In Shepherd, take up the enchanted crook of your ancestors to lead your small herd of 7 unique sheep from your remote village, through the beautiful desert environment, and onwards to civilization. The village is relying on you! As you navigate the environment, your sheep will, for the most part, travel alongside you in the direction you are traveling. However, the sheep can have minds of their own and decide to go against the grain, wandering off on their own! Each of the seven sheep has its own unique quirks which may present themselves when they engage in this sort of misbehavior, so try to pay attention! It's up to you to round up any sheep that wander off on you! Care for your sheep! Make sure they are well-fed and hydrated. Keep track of their hunger and thirst meters, and be on the lookout for the various sources of food and water in the environment. if you notice your sheep getting hungry or thirsty, find the nearest source of sustenance for them, or risk both their trust and their lives! Protect your sheep from an assortment of environmental hazards such as thorny brambles, snakes, poisonous flora, and even a prowling coyote. These hazards can range from minor inconveniences to serious threats to the health of your sheep! With dangers such as these lurking in the desert, it is important you keep track of them and save them from any obstacles they may encounter!
