• Umbratica Tactics is part of Steam's Deck Builders Fest - 25 March 2024

  We are so excited to announce Umbratica Tactics is Part of Deck Builders Fest along with other amazing games from both big and small developers alike. From today March 25th up to April 1st you have access to hundreds of discounts and a huge pool of new demos for upcoming games, including our own. So, if you haven’t tried our demo now is a great chance. We would to hear any feedback you have. And lastly, we’re working on the next big step for our game: The Missions Demo. We plan to release it in a couple of months so follow us on @theatomiclife to stay up to date with development. That’s it! • Umbratica Tactics is part of Turn-Based Carnival - 14 November 2023

  Turn-Based Carnival will feature games from all around the world and also some big discounts for games already released. The festival is being organized by our friends from Acram Digital so make sure you follow them here on Steam, and on Twitter. • We're part of the Steam Strategy Fest - 25 August 2023

  Umbratica Tactics will participate in the upcoming Steam Strategy Fest! We'll be releasing a new and updated version of our demo. This new demo will feature a very requested UNDO button, a rebalance for the probabilities of both the cards and relics, and improved UI and new animations for all the cards. Things to look forward to in this demo: A very requested UNDO button: A lot of people have asked for the ability to undo a move that may have not been the best strategic decision. Now you can finally undo all the movement actions you want. Cards and Relics rebalance: Some cards and relics were appearing more often than others, so we rebalanced the probability for each card rarity, and now you feel more variety throughout the entire game. After months of hard work we’re proud to announce that the first ever public demo for our roguelike turn-based tactics deckbuilder game Umbratica Tactics is finally live here on Steam! Are you ready to delve into the cursed land of Umbratica? This demo focuses on combat. You’ll build your deck as you make your way through the City of the Damned in a series of battles against the unholy inhabitants of the night. Yes, they are wicked, and yes, they are evil, but fear not, for this demo comes with a very short (but optional) tutorial to teach you all you need to know to banish the evil that has taken over the once holy land of Umbratica.
